 "Don't be nosy." She said and attempted to take the pod from him.

"I want to listen as well." He said scooting her hand away.

Cheng Xiao sighed and decided to let him be, he was used to doing things in his own way and she didn't have strength to be fighting with him.

Few days passed and today was the day they would announce who had managed to impress Mr. Xu and take Cheng Xiao's place as his secretary.

 Xu Kai looked at Cheng Xiao who was seated on dining table.

"I am sure you are happy today." Xu Kai said as he came down the stairs.

"Why wouldn't I be?" She said sarcastically.

"If they fail, I'll have you back in no time." He said testing to see her reaction.

"If they don't satisfy you, don't even bother to look for me." She said drinking her coffee.

"Make me a cup." He said and sat down.

"This is not the office." She said ignoring him.

"But you're my wife right. Is it wrong for a husband to ask his wife to make him a cup of coffee?" He asked looking up.

"I am not your wife." She said setting the cup down.

"But this says otherwise." He said waving the marriage book in his hands.

"Why do you still have that?" She asked standing up and lunched at him.

She planned to take the book from his hand, but he moved his hand, making her fall into his arms.

"This is the first time you take the initiative to come into my arms." He teased, while she sent him a death glare.

"Do you think that if you took it from my hands, you could go to the marriage court and have in annulled?" He asked lifting her chin.

"There moment they see my name down they will not dare." He said and placed a kiss on her lips.

"Shameless!" She said and pushed him away.

She stood and fixed her close.

"I'm leaving!" She said and grabbed her handbag.

"Why not go with me?" He asked, he had gotten used to teasing her in the car on the way to work.

"I will drive myself to work from now on." She said and left.

"She is one of a kind." He muttered under his breath.

"You're right about that Mr. Xu she is really one in a million." Mr. Wang said in agreement.

When other girls all wanted the position of Mrs. Xu, Cheng Xiao was the least interested in it. Despite her having all the rights now as his wife, she chose to start working in the designing department from the start.

With her connection to Mr. Xu all she would have to do was say the position she wanted, and Xu Kai would have been happy to help. Despite being married to him, there was never an opportunity where she didn't seek to end their marriage.

"I'm going as well." Xu Kai said and stood up.
