"I wonder what's the most efficient way of triggering a small scale war within a village like Black water?" Valmus contemplated audibly as he made his way through the forest.
He knew of nearly all the powers within the village good or bad, he however didn't know how to effectively make all the major powers to move and ultimately bring the fall of Black water.
He wouldn't have thought of this before but after sensing the God Core sealed below the Black Water Village Valmus knew for sure that he had to do something to get it.
'Hmm, how do I lure out the Evil God cult and Dark Tower. Out all three nefarious powers I've already triggered the Demonic Cult, now to make the other two move would trigger the church to move and consequently so would the various braches of the seven paths and Crafters Association.
That'll turn my small scale war into a major event not counting the Sealed Boss in the Nightmare dungeon I purposely revealed. That'll raise the number of cannon fodders that'll keep both NPC and players busy while the power houses handle the top brass.
That'll leave me with a city of chaos and a large Reputation Farm. This'll also be my debut to the limelight.' He planned as threads of schemes begin to weave into a tapestry of chaos.
"For the Dark Tower I'd just have to steal a very important item or artifact and deliver it to the church, they'll react swiftly by launching a recapture mission.
Then there's the Evil God Cultists, I'd only need to destroy their Idol, but this will be dangerous unlike the Demon God Idol I messed around with Evil Gods surely have countermeasures.
This'll force the hand of their Elders to move inorder to reclaim their honor, they'll attack the church and die a glorious death. While they're at it I'll take a peak in their Vaults.' His plan was sound and Valid but only if it worked.
He therefore begun to move, firstly he had already sold the information about the Nightmare Dungeon, with Players being hyper active to match his speed or get his location this was the simplest to do.
The rest of the tasks required a stealthy approach one he was more than willing to deliver. He chose to start with the Dark Tower since its was closer to his location and was also further from the Demonic Cultists.
The Entrance to the Dark Tower branches was actually a hidden dungeon one heavily guarded by an insane amount of runes along with the camouflage of nature.
It was discovered some three in games years away when the Dark Tower already had an army on stand by along with their abomination already made and stabilized.
Valmus easily slipped through the whimsy enchantments and was soon within the Dungeon. He was the man that mastered the sorcery of an epoch ago, what would these redundant runes do to him who mastered their prime.
[Congratulations For Discovering A Hidden Dungeon. +50 World Fame.]
The system announcement rang through every Players ear or appeared as a white screen or board, sometimes blue in different shades.
Valmus heart churned as he entered the dungeon space, Hidden dungeons were different from other dungeon types purely because most of them were Npc hideouts and thus are harmonized with the flora and fauna of wherever they are.
The Hidden Dungeon Valmus was entering was obscured by the flora and fauna of the forest floor. Hidden beneath the roots of a large tree that was as towering as the many trees within the Forest.
He was currently within a dark cavern, a thick pungent smell of rotten flesh and decaying bones. There was also the scent of dried aged blood along with fresh snell of warm iron.
Valmus switched his equipment, from the simple items he got from the church and into the immortal grade set armor and Divine weapon he obtained from his Bubble along with the Divine Items from Nde'nkah's treasury.
He wore the divine mask and Mantles of Nde'nkah's Temple and faded into the darkness, the current him couldn't even be perceived by a Divine being lest a mediocre level 100.
Valmus surveyed the Dungeon running across Undead life forms that were both what he was used to and wholly new. But he did not attack, nor did he have any intent to.
He soon found the Dark Mage, a necromancer to be specific that chose the path of dark alchemy. He was currently brewing a green Cauldron of bubbling goo that releases stifled screams with every row and mutter of the incantation he was chanting.
Valmus wholly ignored the Necromancer as he had no plan of killing the man, not yet at least. He focused on the mans spatial storage, a ring on his finger which he tried to camouflage by wearing other rings along side it but Valmus saw through this pitiful attempt.
He scanned the ring with his senses and subtly exploited the cracks within the rings rune exploiting the small spacial cracks within he transported everything within into his storage.
He then went towards the cells and rescued those who could still be called living human beings and purged the monstrosities that remained.
He did not touch the Necromancers creations but made sure to leave him a message, a cryptic one that'll drag the Church into his scheme.
After all what would the Necromancer assume when they find their spacial storage empty filled with remnants of Holy power, the same holy power used to save his captives and purge his failed experiments.
After Valmus was long gone a scream echoed from the Necromancer's layer as he truly saw red. His life's work and progress was snatched right under his nose if this wasn't enough the assailant also tampered with his experiments making sure he would suffer losses. To make it worse sensitive intel was also taken which could greatly jeopardize the pact between the Dark Tower, Demonic Cult and Evil God Cult.
A Dungeon Break would occurre
within the Vicinity Black Water Village, the first of many.
