I knew I should have kept it to myself but I could not, knowing what I felt for Jasmine and being sure of what she felt for me to an extent. There was no way I would have done all I did for her if there were not some sort of feelings for her. Besides, it was better to let Nathan know where I stood with Jasmine. I had not done all I did just because I was his Beta and was only supporting him in his adventures.

"How can you say that? Are you trying to mock me?" Nathan said and I ignored.

He had a bad habit of thinking everything good were to be for him. I deserved good too and Jasmine was my mate, that was a hill I was willing to die on.

"I am talking to you, Finn." He pulled me by the cloth, causing me to close the gap that was between us. "I asked you how you could say that when you already she is my mate? Is that why you kissed her? Just so she would think there was something between the two of you? That is just pathetic, Finn."
