8: Mental Outburst, Giving In To Pain.

" Is she trying to kill me?"

Those were his thoughts as he went flying towards the other side of the room.

His head crashed against the wall and his gaze went blurry as his head throbbed with pain, leaving him lying helplessly on the ground; he knew it would result in this, but Olivia was truly harsher than he had first thought.

Being a character he had created himself, she was one of the major and most powerful characters in the story; a powerful woman who had sought nothing but power her entire life.

He slowly got up from the ground, keeping his gaze and knees on the floor.

His teeth were gritted hard and he was exhaling heavily as he held onto his broken shoulder; the would had just been made worse by his mother.

With due time, he stood up and slowly walked out of the room without any words heard or said; Olivia was unpredictable. Who knew what she would do if any was to trample on her sudden rage?

He arrived in his room a while later, closing the door behind him as he instantly fell to his knees.

His head was brought down to the floor and he kept on cursing under his breath; if only he had been better, then he would have gone further in life.

He began to twist his fingers in the weirdest ways possible while ranting words that had no meaning to them.

" It shouldn't have been me."

The rants continued until, *snap*. His fingers finally broke and he paused for a moment, raising his face to the ceiling; the pain was great, and he needed momentum to let it all out.

" Ahhhhhhhhhhhh!"

His voice echoed throughout and past his room, so loud that it was heard past his courtyard.

" Master Nexus." One of the maids gasped, rushing into the room.

She went to his side and tried holding onto him, but her hand was slapped away and he turned towards her with a frown on his face.

His eyeballs slowly moved towards her, prompting her to quickly back away; fear was the only those eyes gave off and the ominous presence he gave off couldn't be mistaken.

Nexus was known fairly well in the clan; though being defective, weak was one word he couldn't be described with due to his outstanding both in and out of a fight.

He mastered the art of mystic charge by the time he was five and had already learned three of the five katana stances just two years after earning his weapons.

She slowly walked out of the room, her eyes glued onto the deranged young man who lay before her.

Later that night, as the glistering wind whistled through the starry night, a red dragon flew above the skies of the Mystic clan.

" This night sure is blissful... Ahh, seems like there has been a major decline in troubles around the clan as of recently,"

She slowly flew towards the ground and curled up, allowing her head to stretch to the sky.

A strange phenomenon began to happen immediately after that; her body slowly turned into red petal flowers then to the last bit of what was left of her.

A young lady dressed in a red haori and white kimono with an obi beautifully adorned with jewelry wrapped around her waist.

" I wonder what Olivia could be doing now." She thought, looking around the place, " It's felt like she's no longer with me ever since moving to this place."

Walking, through the place, she was able to quickly arrive at the place where Olivia had just finished bullying her son.

The guards had let her through easily, knowing who she was.

The gracious expression on her face quickly dwindled as soon as she lay her eyes on the newly fixed wall; the dispersed mystic energy that spread throughout the place could still be sensed by her.

" Damn Olivia, what the hell did she do this time." She thought, quickly storming out of the room.

Her thumb was against her teeth as she went forward, looking forward to nothing but the very person she was about to meet.

" Olivia!"

She yelled at the top of his lungs, aiming to draw as much attention as she could; she had been enraged for some reason.

She walked across the room and up the stairs, pulling open the next door she came across without trying to knock.

The room she had walked into was plain with nothing inside it but the closet and a cabinet that had a few books stored inside it.

There she saw the woman she was looking for walking towards the exit as well, not caring to look at her in the slightest.

" You mind? My daughter's sleeping."

" And tell me... How many times have you thrown her against a wall?"

Olivia paused for a moment as soon as she heard those words, looking up at her as she immediately continued forward; she knew where the conversation was headed and wanted to end it before it began.

She shoved the dragon lady out of her way and continued forward.

" Olivia, Olivia... Hey, I'm talking to you."

She continued walking, increasing her pace until she came to her room and quickly walked in, closing the door behind her.

" Good night." She said to her before locking the door.

She bit her lower lip as she watched Olivia close the door but there were certain boundaries she wasn't ready to bring herself to cross.

With Olivia decided to ignore her, she went outside and lay on the courtyard grass as she admired the beauty of the sky.

" Well, he must be feeling lonely." She thought, raising her right hand before her face, "Why treat him like that when she knows what she went through to become as strong as she is?"
