Chapter Ninety-Five: Your Name

It wasn't until some time had passed that Junfeng slowly opened his eyes and found himself looking at the girl beside him, who was smiling foolishly.

Furrowing his brow, Junfeng asked casually, "What are you doing here?"

The smile on Yunsi's face gradually froze, and she replied awkwardly, "I was just passing by."

Raising an eyebrow, Junfeng responded with a half-smile, "Oh!" before lazily closing his eyes again.

Seeing his reaction, Yunsi felt a bit uneasy. She had casually lied, but his smile made her feel guilty. It was strange because, despite their lack of deep connection, he always seemed to understand her so well.

In fact, she knew nothing about him! She didn't even know his name.

The first time she saw him, he seemed like a celestial being descended to earth, captivating everyone with his every move.

Yunsi laughed brightly, poking Junfeng's face with her finger and asking, "Immortal, I've known you for so long, but I still don't know your name. Are you very powerful in heaven? What's your status there? Do you have many friends? What kind of celestial beings are there in heaven? And are they all...?"

"Are you done? I'll give you three seconds to disappear from my sight, or else don't blame me for taking action!" Junfeng interrupted, unable to bear Yunsi's incessant questioning.

He expected her to be scared off and run away, but to his surprise, instead of being intimidated, she retorted with a sharp tongue.

Hearing Junfeng's threat, Yunsi's temper flared up. "Who are you yelling at? I'm just asking a question! Someone with your temperament would have no friends in our world."

Junfeng looked at her in astonishment, not expecting her to say such words.

Yunsi laughed even more cheerfully now, teasing him as she looked at his surprised expression. "I knew it! Someone like you must have no friends! No celestial beings in heaven can tolerate your bad temper!"

"I told you! A good celestial being like you has no reason to come to the mortal realm and suffer. So, you have no friends, right?"

Junfeng's gaze towards Yunsi became strange, as if he was looking at someone with intellectual disabilities. He couldn't be bothered to argue with her and simply rolled his eyes before turning away.

"Hey! Immortal, don't go! You haven't told me your name yet," Yunsi called out, following behind him with small steps.

Junfeng stopped in his tracks and turned back.

Yunsi froze. His expression was terrifying, as if he had taken her words seriously and was seething with anger, his face turning purple.

Yunsi panicked for a moment, going from fierce to meek in an instant. One moment she was fierce, the next she was cute and apologetic, smiling sheepishly as she cautiously handed the red fairy umbrella back to him.

Pouting, she said, "Immortal, don't be angry. I...I was wrong, can't I? Look, you're so handsome, even more so when you smile..."

People as proud and arrogant as Junfeng always had a certain allure that made others want to get closer, even if they dared not.

For Yunsi, Junfeng was like that. Sometimes, she even felt a strange sense of security only when he was around, different from the comfort she felt with her master by her side. It was a peculiar feeling.

As Yunsi looked at Junfeng, her gaze softened, like a flower blooming quietly, with stars twinkling in her eyes.

"So...what's your name, Immortal?"

"Are you really that curious?" Junfeng asked with amusement.

"Of course!" Yunsi responded without hesitation. "If it were someone else, I wouldn't care."
