(AN: If you see any errors, please report them here so I can fix them at a later date)
It was now time for me to begin laying out the foundations for my little sister's fleet, I do hope she's not too disappointed that I'm only giving her modified facsimiles of the Systems Alliance vessels.
Even though she'd be the face of this whole thing and the one who'd be ordering the movement of the fleets and armies, I found it logical to use tech and somewhat faithful designs to lead the way in fighting to establish the bulwark against the Reapers.
It might not be as exciting as our own personal fleet, given what I'd already planned for them, I sought to give a visual form of separation from our own forces to those who Kelly would be using to build her Empire, much like what I had in mind for the mercenary fleet I'd plan to make as well, plausible deniability, even if it would be easily traced back to us, it would still grant us a form of versatility.
On the document, I arranged it in a similar way I did with the previous one, I would start from the smallest ship class and work my way up, making adjustments as I went along or edits if I saw something that didn't work or perhaps something that should be added in, within reason of course.
This fleet would comprise the following classes: Corvettes, Frigates, Cruisers, Carriers, and Dreadnoughts, with various sub-classes within them.
And even though I'd be including Mass Effect technology into the blueprints, the ships would largely be in favour of better tech outside of Element Zero, I do acknowledge that ME has some pretty cool stuff and could be taken to a higher end of power if it was worked on a bit more, but I don't really have that kind of time, at least not yet.
I would definitely try to recreate the Thanix gun and try to upscale it to the extent the Reapers have done, while also trying to incorporate better systems into the designs as well, but I can't do everything, so I'll do what I can.
Now starting off with the Corvettes, two designs I'll immediately put down will be the Normandy hulls for both SR1 and SR2, each of which have the designation as a light and heavy Stealth Corvette, I'd leave it there for now and come back to this class until I've thought up another class that fit into this group.
Now for the Frigates, a light and heavy variant were needed as well as a transport version that would be a light huller.
the first of the lot at 300m the Nagant-Class Light Frigate, this design wouldn't include a spinal mount, but it would be outfitted with torpedoes, specifically Disruptor Torpedoes and if I can make it work Melta Torpedoes, a scary little ship that had the potential to kill a capital ship when deployed in great numbers.
Next is the Thunder-Class Heavy Frigate, at 340m, I'd have 2 gun turrets on the sides, but the unique thing about them is that they would be Mega Bolters, made for Fighters and Corvettes, its main gun would be a dual mount with a rotisserie gun belt, which would allow it to fire in quick succession or in one burst, thus theoretically it should be useful for ground assaults and striping the shields of enemy vessels below Cruiser ratting.
The transport variant was about the same size as the Thunder Frigates, and it also would have the Mega Bolter Turrets for defence, but the number of them would only be one turret per side of the ship, as its main role is transportation of men and equipment.
The Cruisers would have two light variants and 2 heavy types, starting off with the Minerva-Class a 500m Information Light Cruiser, Its primary purpose is to relay all kinds of communication across a large area of space, and it also shall boast an electronic warfare suite in order to aid both void and ground operations.
The next Class at 520m, the Hail Light Cruisers, they are technically a larger version of the Thunder-Class Heavy Frigate with an upscaled dual main gun type and many more Mega Bolters around the ship, while also including heavier mass drivers or coil guns, the ship also includes a hanger bay that can house a small fighter wing or deployable Marine force.
Up next, the Heavy Cruisers, the first one coming around 870m bears some resemblance to the Everest-Class Dreadnoughts, but instead of two spinal mounts this, Lancer Heavy Cruiser only has one of a much larger caliber, I also wanted to recreate what the Pillar of Autumn was capable of with this ship, firing 3 rounds at the same time, secondary armament consisted of torpedo launchers and some turret coil guns.
The final Cruiser type could be considered more of a Battlecruiser really, the Stark-Class Heavy Cruisers coming at 1.2km, wielding two spinal mounts with a fun feature of firing plasma rounds rather than the usual munitions, for secondaries, there would be a single gun turret on the top and bottom only it had similarities to the Thunders-Classes main gun, after that some coil guns would be dotted around for extra protection.
Now we move to the Carriers, there weren't any variants to this class as I could only really logically think of just one Carrier design with many uses, perhaps in the future I'd expand on it, so with that said, I give you the York-Class Fleet Carrier at 1.8km, with no main gun most of the ship would be filled with bays upon bays with aerospace void craft as well as the cabin space for the pilots to fly them, the Yorks would also have the space to facilitate and support a ground invasion as well, should the need arise, a good portion of that hanger space can give way to army vehicles and dropships, for defence, the carrier would be outfitted with a good amount of anti-ship coil guns and Mega Bolters including many AA guns likes the GUARDIAN laser array.
And now, finally, the Dreadnoughts, we're playing with some big boys now, two types I have envisioned, the classical gun hauler, a battleship, the Hammer-Class Dreadnought, coming at 2.6km, this bad boy was to be a brawler, two spinal mounts meant to fire plasma rounds, an array of heavy coil guns with torpedo launchers and Sunfury Plasma Annihilator cannons, there would be a medium sized hanger near the rear of the ship, and to protect it against smaller vessels the superstructure would be dotted with Mega Bolters and Lance cannons.
The final Dreadnought the Ion-Class would 3km, and that length of space would be needed for its single spinal mount Thanix Cannon, along with the various major and minor power generators needed to power the gun for it to fire in quick succession, its defence would be sadly limited due to the nature of the main gun, there would be spares amounts of coil guns and upscaled plasma cannons along with the AA, this thing would be one of the more important vessels once the Reapers finally arrived.
And there you had it, my little sister better be happy with the fleet that I have planned for her, as these things would dominate against every other Citadel race outside of maybe the Geth and the Reapers.
Stretching my fingers out for a bit, I saved my work and brought up the third and final document, which would be filled out with our Star Citizen mercenary fleet.
For this specialised force, I'd narrowed down the combat ships I'd use from four manufacturers, while all the others would be for non-combat, so that said, I would majorly be using RSI, Anvil, Crusader, and Aegis vessels to fill out the 'Terminus Raiders' PMC, but as for infantry and ground units, I had decided to use the Terran Republic from 'Planeside 2'.
It would be an interesting combination in my view.
Ground elements would have the arsenal of the TR at their disposal, MAX Suits, Sunderer Transports, the Tanks, and the five infantry classes.
For air and space, I'd need to compare the fighter, bomber, and transports I'd use as capital-grade ships aren't too numerous to fuss over.
I'd include the following from each manufacturer.
From Aegis, the Hammerhead Anti-Fighter, Nautilus Mine Layer, Idris Frigate and Javelin Destroyer
From RSI, the Bengal Carrier is a no-brainer, including its sub-classes of Cruisers and Escort Carriers in its offshoots branches, next the Iconic Perseus Gunboat, the multirole nature of the Galaxy, Polaris Torpedo ship, and the Apollo Medivac.
From Anvil, the transport ship Liberator, the Carrack Scout, and the Crucible, a light repair barge.
The above were the vessels I had no trouble saying 'yes, these will do', now next comes the tedious task of sorting through the rest of the potential products that have come out of these companies.
It was somewhat hard, as I had no issue with adding in everything Crusader has made outside of the Genesis Starliner and the Spirit E1, I didn't have any need for the RSI Connie line, Drake was out until I felt like returning to them, same thing went to most other companies like Banu Souli and Kruger Intergalactic.
The Hull Series was a must-have, from A to E, moving a vast amount of equipment from one far-off system to another is essential, after that, the Consolidated Outlands Pioneer was also another must-have, given its base-building features.
Now it came down to nitpicking fighters and bombers from Anvil and Aegis.
Starting with Aegis, I would take the Eclipse stealth bomber, Gladius light fighter, the Vulcan refueling ship, and then finally the Retaliator Bomber.
With Anvil, I'd take the Arrow light fighter, all of the Hornet medium fighter variants, the Lighting heavy fighter, Gladiator light bomber, and Valkyrie heavy dropship.
I looked through the list again, making sure everything I had chosen was right and in the correct places.
I knew I'd be returning to this document to make changes in the future, adding in or taking out ships, for now, I was content.
Again, I'd saved the work I've done and filed it away with the two other documents I have made over the hours that I have been here, come by tomorrow, I would present what I drafted to my family, hopefully, they'll be happy with what I have, though I am expecting some form of critique from them, especially from either Mother or Kelly for obvious reasons.
For now, though, I'd use the remaining time in the Day? Night?...afternoon to relax for a bit before attending the family dinner.
A stray thought enters my mind now, what were the Humans and Aliens doing right now, other than preparing for further negotiations with each other?
Well, I couldn't really care less about them at the moment.

Within Citadel Space, a distinctly human vessel emerged from the black, an advanced form of cloaking technology often seen from the Prowlers at ONI's command, it shimmered into existence.
The ship was far larger than most other Prowlers, for this was because, like the UNSC commissioning new post-war vessels, ONI also saw fit to have some of their own.
This ship was a Point Blank-Class Stealth Cruiser, its size allowed for more flexible and robust missions for its operatives, as well as serving as a command post for deep cover agents.
The ship was one of many that had been deployed into the backyard of the Citadel Council, all had different missions, but all had a direct command link back to a single ship that had been setting up a Black Site Station in a far-off outskirt system where it would be the Agents home away from home.
Specifically, all these Agents and ships belonged to a new ONI branch, code-named Cerberus.
Their mission, as directed by the Chief of ONI, the destabilisation of certain alien worlds, the collection and acquisition of foreign technology, understanding the new Xeno biology and experimentation with it, and if they could do it, observation and research on the so-called Voyagers of Origin.
To lead them all is Jack Harper, once a very young Section 1 ONI Agent fighting human insurrectionists before the Great War, now a grizzled and sinisterly cunning Section 3 branch Director with an extreme hatred for aliens and what they did to his world and family.
He had a lot to do, and thankfully, he has more than enough time to do them, he had already signed off on numerus missions where his various teams were to appropriate the various items and Xenos, right now, he was overseeing the construction of Chronos Station and deciding on how to handle the 'Voyager' conundrum.
He had already read the reports from Ambassador Clements and Captain Anderson's personal interactions with them, two things that stood out to him, one was the offer of trade, which meant he could secure either information or technology from them, but he'd need to find something of equivalent value to trade with, however it was what they said about his current adversaries, having fallen into what they called a 'technology trap'.
That was the second thing he wanted to know, what other disadvantages have those Citadel aliens imposed on themselves other than allowing slavers to run loose or that pathetic 'Treaty of Farixen'.
For that, he had dispatched one of his best and loyal Agents to parley with them whilst they were still within the Shanxi system.
With some fortune, he would gain much valuable information on not just the Citadel, but perhaps something about the Voyagers as well.
He didn't know now, but he'd get more than he bargained for.

"Lord Hood, are you sure it is wise to send a fleet like this as an escort for our diplomatic delegation?" Thomas Lasky, the Captain of the UNSC Infinity, spoke to the aged Fleet Admiral, who most in the Navy Officer core would see as a living legend.
Terrence Lord Hood was well aware of the implications of sending a fleet like this into the heart of an Alien Governing body, but he had debriefed his Captains who made first contact and spoke with the UEG representative who brokered the peaceful resolution, and he also read the notes on what the 'Voyagers of Origin' had said about the new Covenant on the block.
"I know what you mean son, however, I have full confidence that this is the right call, this Council is not the Covenant, and because of that and from what I've been able to understand about them, is that they'll do everything in their power not to antagonise us once they see what we can field."
The fleet in question had the Infinity as the flagship; it was primarily serving as transport for their delegation to the Citadel Council to further lines of dialogue and to fully put to rest the skirmish that was a disastrous First Contact scenario.
Acting as an escort was a small yet rather intimidating fleet of warships of both pre and post-war vessels.
Coming along was the first and last Punic Supercarrier, a single Epoch Heavy Carrier, two post-war Thanatos Battleships, and five Autumn class Heavy Cruisers, along with a dozen Paris Heavy Frigates and 4 Anlace Light Frigates, plus the 10 Strident Heavy Frigates stored within the Infinities ventral bays.
The fielding of these vessels was to set the tone of the future negotiations, to show that Humanity was not to be pushed around.
"Should we inform our…allies, sir?" Lasky asked to which Hood nodded.
"We will, but later, the Arbiter isn't in a position to leave on diplomatic voyages," and with that, the pair stood in pleasant silence as the fleet began making final preparations for the jump to the Citadel.
