Dan flew out of the forest and crashed onto the ground, rolling multiple times before coming to a stop.

"What..!?" His stomach ached, feeling as though his organs had shifted. He wiped the blood from his mouth and pulled himself up.

Everyone stood at a standstill after what had happened, even Himura, who was always calm, had his eyes wide open.

Luna's limbs bent backwards, her back hunched, fur sprouting from her body as her eyes turned auburn.

"Hmm??" The Trail King shifted his gaze to Luna, his eyes widened as he watched her transformation. "You?!"

Luna ran at him, swinging her three-inch claws at his face. He disappeared, reappearing beside her, and sent her flying with a heavy kick to her side. She crashed into a tree, letting out a small whimper.

"I thought you were an Empress, but there is no way an Empress is this weak. You are just a slave to those monkeys."
