Making a ruckus

Shyfil swirled the weapon, pointing to the police cars. He pulled the stiff trigger as hundreds of bullets ripped the air. Windows shattered, killing those within, the cars skidded and crashed, making an obstacle for them. Shyfil pulled the trigger very hard to keep it firing.

"Awesome work, lame duck!" laughed Salahuddin down there as Shyfil still kept firing at the incoming 'enemy'.

"Watch out!" shrieked Shyfil as another backup force appeared from the side of the road. Salahuddin drifted the truck to round around the bends, bullets raining those in range. Several wheels burst, causing the cars to skid and explode as they rolled downtown. This was a really hard enemy to take down.

"An RPG! Shit!" shouted Shyfil as he tried to fire at the RPG-mounted truck, ready to fire a rocket to them. Salahuddin spotted it by the side mirrors, and entered the city roads, wide enough to make evasive manoeuvres from the rocket if launched.

"It's coming!" Shyfil screamed as a rocket zoomed quickly, ready to explode the truck. Salahuddin swerved the truck so madly, nearly a 90 degree drift that if Shyfil would not hold on, he would fly off into the roads. BOOM! The missile missed as the truck the two friends were driving sped into the highways. Shyfil had the automatic gun firing at the truck, killing those inside, as BOOM the enemy truck exploded due to the penetrated shots that ignited the rockets.

"Where are we going?" asked Shyfil as he resupplied the machine gun.

"Any airport that we can take and escape!" shouted Salahuddin from below. Now APCs has arrived to join in the chase. And semi-machine guns were not a match for their armour as they fired their little turrets above them, causing several explosions around the swerving truck.

"Hurry up!" shrieked Shyfil as the truck zoomed pass the civilian cars, overtaking them and making the military hard to chase them.

With a determined smile, Salahuddin swiftly swung the wheel… and rammed the highway borders! BAM! A crunching sound was heard as the truck penetrated the metal, passing along the hills, straight to the airport!

"How did he knew that?!" cried the police chief as he pushed the brakes, and resumed his chase by passing by the borders, the APCs crunched the borders with ease.

"I saw a plane landing, this must be it!" Salahuddin said as he pushed through the foliage, and went into the airport.

It was a military airport, to their surprise. A helicopter was hovering there, firing its missiles to the evading truck.

"Out!" yelled Shyfil as he jumped from the cap of the truck and Salahuddin slammed the doors shut. They ran and scanned the airport, gunfire from the military police flew into their direction.

"That cargo plane shall do it!" said Salahuddin as he raised his gun, and shot the two armoured personnel in front of him, shockingly accurate.

"Haha! Stealing a plane! Any gamer would do that!" snorted Shyfil as they entered the empty plane via the stairs, and straight to the cockpit.

"Now what the heck shall we do?" asked Shyfil with a sneer as the special forces were ready outside, coming closer to the plane with full preparations. Tense risen in the cockpit as the two friends scanned around the controls, confused on what to press. Going to the runaway for a takeoff will make more problems.

"What about this?" asked Salahuddin randomly as he pressed a small button labelled 'D'.

A note appeared in the screens, 'Do you really want to activate defences?' made the two friends to smile evilly.

"Yes!" replied Shyfil as another note popped up, 'Which target will you select? Please say it specifically,'

"Everything military," said Shyfil confidently as the plane buzzed wildly.

Small turrets popped up from above, below and sides of the plane, also from the tail popped out a small turret ready to fire. All of a sudden…

Blue pulse bullets flew faster than a jet shattered the special forces, as for the helicopter who keeps firing them, it was blasted by the defences. The friends laughed as the plane kept firing at the APCs, which exploded as they hit.

"Now we can reverse calmly," muttered Salahuddin as he changed the reverse gear, and pushed the accelerator bit by bit, the cargo plane still firing its defences to its own military.

It was a 'smooth' taxi as they have reached the runway. As they were ready to takeoff, they glanced at the fleeing troops, panicking as they escape from the hail of deadly bullets.

"Now lets run," smiled Salahuddin as he dragged the accelerator for the engines down, powering up.

It was blasting loud as the two friends hold on their lives to control the heavy plane. The defences has been muted for a while. The military who has been staring at the plane, were shocked enough by the reality of the kids that they were chasing. They could fly a cargo plane!

"This is no ordinary criminal; deploy fighters and chase the plane!" reported the police chief to the centre.

"B-but that is an experimental aircraft!" cried one of the special forces. "It was built to transport goods faster and a lot more difficult to take down!"

"The tower is deploying fighter drones. Let's see how far can the plane hold," said the police chief as he shut down the comms, hoping that someone can take the experimental aircraft down.

Meanwhile, the two friends exhaled in relief as they stared at the tall tower in the heart of the city.

"Wow, I never saw a tower that tall. Is that a space elevator?" asked Shyfil as radar contacts beeped wildly, like ten points were coming straight to them.

A note appeared by the screen, 'Contacts coming close to us! What must I do? Please order specifically,' as the two friends shouted, "Prepare the defences!"

'Incoming drones!' The note said as Salahuddin swerved the plane to get off the chase. Suddenly red flashes signed a missile attack!

"Shoot the missiles!" screamed Shyfil as the defences got wild, blasting the missiles with such precision. The cargo plane ascended higher in the skies. The defences targeted the drones, and one by one were in flames although they made such slick movements.

More missile locks beeped on the screen as countermeasure flares scattered in the skies, the missiles lost their tracking. "Missed!" gritted Salahuddin as they tried to run away from the chasers. The turrets mouthed their pulse bullets, exploding drone more faster than ever, like the system is training itself.

The skies suddenly went abnormally quiet, leaving the cargo plane go by itself, still circling the tallest tower which punctured the clouds.

Inside the tower, at a considerable height which could see the entire city, a well-decorated person with military badges and medals of honour was staring at the circling plane which has done such a feat for an experimental aircraft.

"The little terrorists are there?" pointed the person as the lady beside him nodded slightly.

The man adjusted his supreme cap, and stared with such deep eyes, "I'm afraid that boy was true, sis. He's proving to us that Singapore is our match after all."

The lady's eyes suddenly glowed bright blue, full of suspicion. The man who realised it asked her.

"What's wrong?"

"I predict… that it is not a normal war we're anticipating. It is a war… against supernatural powers,"

The commander's expression, instead of panicking, grinned evilly.

"Then let the world see us fight,"
