It kinda felt like the boy who cried wolf. The person who was kicked was the man, but it was Xie Mingze crying for help from Yichen. He was the one who hurt the man physically, but he was the one desperately calling for help. 

He knew he was just flirting with him, but as someone with zero experience with romance and sexual things. All the words he was saying to him was scary. 

It's just that hitting someone would leave a proof, while the emotional trauma won't leave anything for the people to see. It doesn't leave any physical evidence. 

"I guess you do like it rough" The man said while licking the corner of his lips.

The way he licked his lips was a bit suggestive, it was enough for a cold to run down his spine causing him to shiver.

"Don't approach me anymore. This is scaring me, you're being a creep."

"Then why did you smile at me at the bus stop? You gave me the signs?"

Signs? What signs? He just replied politely, he thought it would be the usual idle talk while waiting for the bus to arrive. Mingze didn't expect to meet a totally crazy person.

"So you're the same as them?"

His heart was pounding hard on his chest. It pounded so hard, it felt like it would jump out from his ribcage any moment now. 

"Xie Mingze, what happened?" Mingze reflexively hide away from sight, going behind Yichen as if his life depends. Maybe his life really depends on this. 

"So it's true, you have a boyfriend. You have a boyfriend, but you still smile so kindly at me at the bus stop, last night. You flirted with me! You Slut!"

Mingze knew better than anyone that he did not flirt with him. He just entertained his idle talk because he was being polite, should he not talk to people from now on? Should he ignore any random people wanting to talk to him?

Fen Yichen doesn't know the whole situation, but he stood in front of Mingze shielding him away from view. The moment he heard his shout for help, Yichen became alert and ran as fast as he could. 

The thing with Mingze is his fake courageous appearance. He always thought he looked strong and mighty, but in truth he is just a little cat pretending to be a tiger. Still, nobody would tell him he is not bit threating, the way he pretend to be proud was endearing too. It's cute that people just let him be. 

Now, someone is coveting his sweet kitten infront of him. Of course, Yichen won't let it be. His surname wouldn't be Fen if he just let someone stole something from him. 

"I never flirted with you! Why would I flirt with you, when you look like dirt compared to my boyfriend!"

Piecing together the information in his head, Yichen started to piece things together. Turns out he went last night and met the man at the bus stop. In just few hours they were not together, Mingze managed to rope himself into trouble. 

If this wasn't a tense situation, Fen Yichen would smile in delight at being called Mingze's boyfriend. He was openly announcing it in this open park. 

Annoyed, Mingze thought that it was a shame Yichen asked him to exchange shoes with him. If he didn't change shoes, he could be able to kick the man using the shoes with dirty water. It might even stain the clothes he is wearing. 

Having someone beside him boosted his confidence, it felt like he finally have an ally. He won't lose even if they fight it would be 2 vs. 1.

"Then was all the words you told me last night a lie? You told me you don't have a lover."

"I don't have a girlfriend because what I have is a boyfriend. I don't just say my preference to strangers thank you."

Mingze was peeking from behind Yichen's body, but Yichen pushed him agaian away from view. 

"Don't talk with him anymore. I'll settle this first then we would talk."

Following his order Mingze kept still behind Yichen. 

"Excuse me sir, if you keep on following my lover then I would be forced to put a restraining order on you. What you're doing is a stalkerish behavior, that's a bit too much."

"I'm not following, Mingze was it? I'm not following him, this is just a fateful encounter."

Fen Yichen scoffed at the man's bullshit. There's no such thing as a fateful encounter, you won't meet someone unless you're actively seeking them out. 

It was a suprise how a simple conversation about the late bus could lead to something bad. The whole situation was absurd. 

Left with no choice, Fen Yichen called someone. He didn't want to use his grandfather's connections in the police force, but his hands was forced. There would nothing else to do than to file a restraining order and sue him for stalking. 

"If you continue this then we would have no choice, but to sue you."

"Then Go ahead if you want. It's not like I would really be charged, it was my sweet cat that hit me. I didn't expect his slim legs to have that much power so I let my guard down."

This is making Mingze crazy. Noticing his agitation, Yichen held his hand to calm him down in an attempt to reassure him that everything would be alright. 

Xie Mingze knew that Yichen have the means to take care of things so his worries was ease for a bit. If he have a power, he would go back in time and just won't talk to this man. Talking to him really is a major screp up on his part. He ended up gaining a slimy stalker who he can't talk some senses in. 

They were at a standstill since Yichen was waiting for the police to come. Mingze completely lost his appetite after receiving the dirty talk from the man.
