"Even if she knows you, she won't tell you what you are," a voice said.
"What?" Fanfar reacted.
Misha gave him a wide-eyed stare. "Did something happen?"
"No," Fanfar answered, leaving the garments in the closet and sitting down in an armchair. "I'm just tired."
"I guess I should let you be now," Misha said with a blush. "I bet you're feeling totally wiped out because of me."
"Yes," Fanfar replied, scratching his temples. "You know, I'm not used to feeding kitsunes."
"Thanks, Lirui," Misha said, giving a small bow. "For everything."
"Oh, you're welcome," he responded, allowing the girl to go out.
As soon as the door closed, he stood up and faced the mirror.
"Hey, who are you? What do you want to say, and more importantly, what's on your mind?"
A booming and hearty laugh reverberated through his thoughts.
"Bwahahaha!"
"Knock it off!" Fanfar shouted, his eyes racing around like a whirlwind of anxiety.
