The Genie Prince's Plaything

Ru took cautious steps towards the water, carefully assessing his surroundings. He was seeking something to kill the prince. If he couldn't find it, he'd shove it into the water or drown it with his hands. Of course, if the genies can drown...

The prince followed the bride closely and studied her with sharp focus. Although he was impatient to see the face behind the red veil, he did not hesitate to let himself be carried away by the flow of the moment. His gaze was captivated by the slender body beneath the cashmere fabric and the vibrant energy emanating from that body.

As the prince extended his hand to caress the glimmer, the delicate cloth danced playfully and slipped on his skin, exposing Ru's bare shoulder.

Ru froze, feeling the prince's fingers graze his shoulder. The warmth of the touch clashed with the icy dread pooling in his chest. He fought the instinct to recoil, knowing it would only provoke suspicion—or worse.
