Hyacinth was glad they were able to make it before dawn, but Cassien was awake when they got to her tent and he looked pissed. She was surprised he didn’t send a search party to look for her.
”Welcome back from your rendervous with Luke’s vassal Hyacinth.” They heard his voice echo from the corner of the room.
”It’s not what you think Cassien.” She said stepping in front of Felix when he pulled out his sword. Her action made him twitch in anger. “Then move aside Hyacinth.” He said calmly. She turned to Felix and urged him to leave. He looked hesitant and grabbed her by the arm.
"Just go I'll be fine." She whispered and nodded.
Felix didn’t hesitate for a second and disappeared. “Where did you go?” Cassien sighed and walked over to her.She braced herself for a long lecture but he spoke calmly. "I don't want to know what you two were up to because it's none of my business but it doesn't mean I trust Luke's vassal."
