A spar between Izuki, and Subaru

The chapter starts as Subaru cast his spell.

“Lightning Magic: Lightning Field.”

After Subaru cast a spell as he touches the ground with left hand, Subaru release a wide field, of Lightning.

“(This spell. This is the same spell he uses against the Division.)” Izuki said in his mind.

*In the sideline*

“Whoa, what a good spell.” Simch said.

“(Huh? Is this guy really a newbie?)” Mavis said in her mind.

“(He finally shows it, but why now? Not when he fights Zakuya? Either way, I’m happy that he finally shows it. Now there's only one spell left to show us.)” Itsuki said, in her mind, with happy expression.

*Back at Izuki, and Subaru. *

“(I see, that’s why he can move that fast is because of that spell.)” Izuki said in his mind, and then he looked on his blade that were surrounding him, while holding his claymore with both hands.

“(He looked away!)” When Subaru notice that Izuki looks at his blade, Subaru take that opportunity, and he ran towards Izuki, attacking him. When Subaru was close, he disappears.

“(He disappeared?! Where did he go?)” Izuki said, while looking around for Subaru.

Then he suddenly appears behind Izuki, and then he cast a spell.

“Lightning Magic: Lightning Slash.” After Subaru casts the spell, lightning come out of Subaru’s sword. When Subaru swings his sword at Izuki, he targets Izuki’s body.

*Clang! *

The blade that were surrounding Izuki, suddenly come, and block Subaru’s sword.

Earlier when Izuki looks at his blades, he commands his blades to block any attack, that come to him.

*In the side line. *

“Whoa. Did he command his blade just now? If so, why he can’t command his blade to pull out of Subaru’s body?” Simch said, with confused tone, while looking at Subaru, and Izuki.

*Back on Subaru, and Izuki. *

After his attack gets block, Subaru back off, and then lands on the ground. Subaru smile, and when he did, one of the blades attack him. When Subaru sees the blade he has a bit of time to reach, and he barely able to dodge the blade, and it cut him near his left eye.

“(I can’t let my ground down, or I’ll be dead meat.)” Subaru said in his mind, as he gets up from dodging motion.

After getting almost stab in the face, Subaru backs off, and he gets serious, and deflects all the blades that come to him. Right after Subaru deflect the blades, suddenly Izuki appear in front of Subaru, with swinging pose.

“(I got him now! There’s no way, he’s dodging this.) Atomic Magic: Atomic Slash.” Izuki said in his mind.

When Izuki was about to hit Subaru in the body, he saw Subaru say something, but he wasn’t able to hear it.

*On side line*

“His going to hit him!” Simch yells, while standing.

“(it’s the end. I thought Subaru was on another level, but I guess, he was just a newbie, after all.)” Mavis said in her mind.

*Back on Subaru, and Izuki. *

After Izuki sees Subaru said something, Subaru suddenly Subaru dodge Izuki’s attack, like it was nothing.

“(Huh?)” Izuki said in his mind with shocked tone, after seeing that Subaru dodge his attack.

Missing Subaru’s body, Izuki slam the ground with his claymore, after that he stand up, and look where Subaru, and he saw Subaru’s body bleeding because of his blades the 3 blade are still in his body, then his left side of face, is bleeding too, and then Subaru was looking at him with serious look.

*On the side line*

“What?! He dodges that?!” Simch said with shocked tone, while standing.

“(How? How he was able to dodge that attack in such close range?)” Mavis said in her mind with confused tone. While looking at Izuki who just pick his claymore up.

“(How he was able to dodge in the close range?)” Yuno said in her mind, with curious tone.

*Back at Izuki, and Subaru. *

After looking at Subaru, Izuki’s blades began to come back to him, and began to surround him.

“(How he was able to dodge my attack in that range. Luckily, I was managed to cancel out my magic.)” Izuki said in his mind. After that Izuki sees Subaru get in fighting stance.

“Lightning Magic: Lightning Flash.”

“Wha…?” Izuki said, because right after Subaru chant his spell, Subaru disappear, and the time Izuki notice, it was luck that make him manage to be able to block Subaru’s sword with his claymore. “(S-s-so fast! He was even faster than earlier.)” Izuki said in his mind, as he looks at Subaru. While his hands are shacking from holding his claymore that were stopping Subaru’s sword.

*On the sideline. *

“So fast!” Simch said, with shocked tone.

“(He can move even faster than earlier?)” Mavis said in his mind.

“(That attack was so fast, and he was able to block that. Isogai-kun grew stronger.)” Yuno said.

While Itsuki, just took a bite of her food, and then she holds her left cheeks, she’s enjoying the food, and not paying attention to Subaru, and Izuki fight.

*Back at Subaru, and Izuki. *

Subaru stand up, and look behind him, and he saw Izuki looking at him.

“(He’s looking at them, I need to attack him immediately.)” Izuki said, as he raises his claymore, and then he gets on his fighting stance.

When Izuki prepare for an attack, He saw Subaru—

“Lightning Magic: Full Lightning Savage.”

Subaru swings his sword upwards, and then a wave of lightning come out. After seeing Subaru release a wave of lightning, Izuki immediately, move to his side successfully dodging Subaru’s attack, but when he did, Subaru swing his left leg, and hit Izuki on the right side of stomach.

“(Argh!!! He is so fast, he’s already here!)” Izuki said in his mind with shocked tone.

Izuki was blown away because of Subaru, but the blade attacks Subaru’s body, right after he swings his leg at Izuki.

Subaru’s body stand up, and all of Izuki’s blade, was piercing Subaru’s body. But it didn’t stop Subaru, he follows Izuki up, while Izuki gets on his feet, and he kicks his feet on the ground dashing towards Subaru with great speed.

*On the side line. *

“(Can Subaru go even faster than that?)” Mavis said in her mind.

“Whoa!!! What a fight!” Simch said.

*Back at Subaru, and Izuki. *

“Lightning Magic: Lightning Flash!”

“Atomic Magic: Atomic Slash!”

When Subaru, and Izuki gets close to each other, both of them swings their weapon into each other.

*Clang! *

When Izuki, and Subaru’s weapon hit each other, both of their weapon got deflected, and that collision create a small explosion that create a shockwave, it blows a lot of dust away, and it covers them.

*On side line. *

They were so caught off guard of what happened that they were looking for them, and they can’t see anything.

“Huh? Where they are?” Simch said. Meanwhile, Itsuki just finished her found before the collision, and now looking at Izuki, and Subaru.

“Use your mana Simch-senpai. (Huh? Why, I can’t sense Subaru’s mana?)” Mavis said, while she was looking where she senses Izuki.

“(Who win?)” Yuno said in his mind, with curious tone.

After that they hear clash of weapon, and then Subaru, and Izuki come out of the dust, and they swing their weapon to each other simultaneously. Even though Subaru was faster, Izuki was able to keep up with Subaru.

“Huh? How is Isogai-kun able to keep up with Subaru-kun?” Yuno said with confused tone.

“It was because of his 10 blades.” Mavis responds to Yuno.

“What? But how?” Yuno responds with confused tone, while looking at Mavis.

Earlier when both of their weapon collide, the explosion that it create, removed Izuki’s blade, in Subaru’s body.

*Back at Subaru, and Izuki. *

Subaru, and Izuki swings their weapon the fast as they can. Subaru deflecting all of Izuki’s blade, while stopping the Izuki’s claymore.

As they swing their weapon, both of them smile as they swing their weapon to each other. While they were swinging their weapon, Subaru swing his right leg at Izuki’s right side stomach, and then Subaru cast—

“Lightning Magic: Lightning Shower!”

Subaru stab the air, where Izuki goes, and then a lightning come out of Subaru’s back. Izuki land on the ground, and he saw Subaru’s lightning come towards him, Izuki immediately snatch one of the blade, and he used it to deflect Subaru’s lightning, and then Izuki throw the blade towards Subaru, as he threw the blade, the other 9 blade follows it. Then Izuki kick his feet to the ground to dash towards Subaru with great speed, and the time Izuki reach Subaru, Subaru was still deflecting Izuki’s blades. Izuki swings his claymore at Subaru, but Subaru was able to block his claymore. Subaru smile, and then he sees five of the blades that he wasn’t able to deflect points at him, and it comes to him.

After seeing the blade, pointing at him, Subaru, immediately back off, and cast— “Lightning Magic: Lightning Ball!” Subaru points his sword at Izuki, and then a big ball of lightning comes out, and then it fired at Izuki.

Izuki look at the ball, and then he gets in his fighting stance. “Atomic Magic: Atomic Slash!!!”

Izuki raised his claymore, with his both hands, and then he swings it down, cutting down the lightning ball into two.

“(He will probably appear on my side)” Izuki said in his mind, so he points his blade side to side.

When Subaru appear on Izuki’s right side, the five-blade attack, Subaru. Subaru was shocked when he sees Izuki’s blade.

“(I was right. He will appear on my side.)” Izuki said, after seeing Subaru appear beside him.

*On sideline. *

“This fight is so awesome, for a newbie!” Simch said.

“Go Subaru-kun!” Itsuki said in calmed tone.

“…” Mavis looking at Subaru, and Izuki.

“Heh… they are fighting, huh.”

*Back at Subaru, and Izuki. *

Izuki swings his claymore towards Subaru, but before it hit someone talk.

“That’s enough.”
