“Mommy, letsh sleep okay?”lene ordered me like an old man. Brian and I were between him, our bed was just the right size so the three of us could fit.

“Good night baby” Brian softly whispered to his son before kissing him on the forehead. I turned my back on the two and went to sleep.

I just woke up when I heard someone talking, I slowly opened my eyes and saw Brian on the veranda talking to someone on his phone. I slowly got up, and because his back was turned he couldn't see me.

“Yeah, just do everything. I don't want anything to happen to them when I'm not here. I heard him say ” tsk, even if you hire a battalion. I don't care. He said annoyed to the other person and suddenly hung up.

“Have you been there before?”

I feel myself if I'm still mad at Brian, but nothing. Nothing angry came because I haven't been angry with him for a long time, I forgave him a long time ago.

“I want to have Lene the family that I can never have, even my son wants my son to experience the whole family, Brian. Can you give that now?can you give the love you should have given to Lene a long time ago?can you now take your responsibilities to Lene?”i asked crying and saw him smile.

“I can now give Lene and you a complete family, Michelle. He is willing to wait for my love, he is willing ‘till the day I can say to him again that I love him. He was my man back then but now he is my man now, and I guess he will be my man ‘till the future. I only ask for one thing.

The end of this night where I completely forgave him, the day where I will try to rebuild the heart that someone destroyed, and I will try to love again and forget everything.

AFTER we talked that night, my chest felt lighter, and now we are talking, smiling and laughing as if nothing painful happened between us. Well, I must say that I'm in half way of forgiving him,I'm not saying that I'm totally forgiving him but in halfway to that process that I can finally so that in totally moved on and totally healed from all the pain that came in my life.

Brian and I are living in one roof with Lene, we're sleeping in the same bed and same room like husband and wife with your child on the middle, treating each other like a married couple and kissing each other on lips and cheeks like a married couple and we are also cuddling.

It's like we're back to the way we used to be, we didn't have any other problems and we're just thinking about each other. And I'm happy with that.
