Hill stood there speechless, watching as the once-imposing General Ross was turned into a mouse.
While it might have seemed inappropriate, Hill couldn't help but feel a sense of satisfaction—she wasn't particularly fond of Ross either.
"Well done!"
The person feeling the most vindicated was undoubtedly Banner.
Having been relentlessly pursued by General Ross for years, seeing his nemesis reduced to this state was immensely gratifying.
"Let's just leave it at that. He'll revert in an hour anyway," Hill decided, leading everyone onto the aircraft back to S.H.I.E.L.D. headquarters, leaving the rodent-like Ross scurrying around.
Rhodes: "You're really just leaving General Ross like that? He's a U.S. general, after all. Turning into a mouse is beyond embarrassing!"
Tony Stark: "Relax, Rhodes. No one would believe such a thing happened, so there's no reputation to lose."
Rhodes: "Fair point."
Hill: "He'll be back to normal in an hour. Not our problem."
Luffy: "Haha! This cat is hilarious! Way more fun than Chopper!"
Chopper: "Luffy! That's so rude! Don't forget I'm a doctor!"
Goku: "This is really interesting. I wonder if it would work on me. If I were turned into a mouse and couldn't use my ki, I'd be done for."
Daigo: "If that's true, then this cat could turn any living being—even a massive kaiju—into a mouse!"
Ancient One: "Theoretically, yes. But such claims require testing to confirm."
Nick Fury: "Where would we even get a kaiju to test on?"
Dan: "If that's true, then this cat is terrifying. No matter how strong a being is, they'd be powerless against it if it wanted to act."
Thanos: "Hmph. Sensationalist nonsense. A mere cat, truly? Pathetic. Nothing to fear."
Rhadamanthys: "Agreed. With enough power, one could eliminate it before it even notices you."
Minos: "You'd need to act before it reacts. Otherwise, even the strongest could fall to its abilities."
Cardia: "You're lucky it's not in the same world as us. If it were, I'd capture it just to see if your bravado holds up."
Thanos contemplated the screen, recalling the Reality-Warping Cat.
In his experience, the ultimate reality-warping force was the Reality Stone, capable of altering the very fabric of the universe.
A small-scale ability like the cat's was incomparable to the Reality Stone's power.
"I need to find the Reality Stone quickly. It will be a huge asset to me. But where could it be?"
Thanos brooded, his focus returning to the screen, realizing that one way to quickly acquire the stone might be through the rewards from these containment events.
Naruto: "By the way, what about Abel? What's his situation?"
Goku: "That Abel guy is really strong. He's been resurrecting repeatedly and fighting Piccolo to a standstill. Every time Piccolo kills him, he comes back more excited and keeps challenging him. He's even learning our combat techniques!"
Jiraiya: "What did you just say!?"
Everyone turned their attention to the screen displaying the Dragon Ball universe, where a fierce battle raged.
The battlefield was engulfed in smoke and explosions, with blasts shaking the heavens and earth alike.
BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!
"HAHAHA! Come on, fight me!" Abel's manic laughter echoed as he swung his massive sword, releasing black energy slashes that obliterated Piccolo's relentless energy blasts.
Not stopping there, Abel mimicked Piccolo's energy manipulation, channeling ki into his sword. With a mighty swing, he unleashed a compressed ki slash that surged towards Piccolo like a tidal wave.
Piccolo dodged with a desperate roll, narrowly avoiding the devastating attack. Even the near miss left his skin searing with pain.
If he had taken the attack head-on, Piccolo was certain it would have inflicted grave injuries.
The energy slash continued on, obliterating everything in its path, splitting the sky and ground as it traveled.
Just as Piccolo regained his footing, Abel appeared directly in front of him, raising his massive black sword to strike.
"HAH!!"
This time, Piccolo didn't dodge. Moving faster, he struck first, slamming both hands into Abel's abdomen and releasing a powerful shockwave that blasted Abel away.
As Abel was hurled through the air, Piccolo unleashed a barrage of energy blasts, bombarding him mercilessly.
"Come on, hit me again!" Abel shouted gleefully, his sword moving in a blur as he deflected Piccolo's attacks.
"Damn it! This guy gets stronger with each resurrection. He's like a Saiyan but with even better learning abilities!" Piccolo muttered, continuing his relentless assault.
Abel's strength had grown significantly since their first encounter, and his ability to learn during battle was astonishing.
He had mastered Piccolo's techniques, including energy blast principles and advanced combat maneuvers, putting immense pressure on Piccolo.
If not for the natural repulsion between their ki energies, Piccolo feared he would have already lost.
"This is pointless. I can't keep fighting him—it's not gaining me anything. I need to stop him once and for all!"
Piccolo racked his brain for a solution, searching for a way to either contain or eliminate Abel permanently.
"Wait! There's one place where I can trap him for good!"
Having made up his mind, Piccolo quickly changed his tactics. Amid the chaos of battle, he found an opening and unleashed his Special Beam Cannon, piercing Abel's head with precision.
Abel didn't even have time to react as his skull was drilled through, leaving his body lifeless as it plummeted to the ground.
As his corpse fell, both his body and his massive black sword began to dissolve.
"This is my chance!"
Piccolo's eyes widened with determination. He immediately flew towards the Cruciform Coffin, heading straight for the Sanctuary.
