Chapter 2: the blood stained enigma
We find Detective Eren outside Eren's house. The detective calls out to Eren from outside, and Eren comes out and asks, "What's the matter, sir? Why did you call me like this?" Upon hearing this, the detective replies, "I can't come inside." Hearing this, Eren lets the detective inside and asks, "Tea or coffee?" The detective declines and asks, "Can you tell me where you and your friends have been?" Eren responds nervously, "Which friends? I haven't gone anywhere with anyone." Becoming anxious, Eren asks, "Why are you asking me this?" Upon hearing this, the detective says, "Because your friends have been missing for a few days." Eren, feeling uneasy, says, "Missing? How and when did all this happen?" The detective avoids answering and says, "I don't know, but they all went somewhere and then disappeared." Eren insists, "I don't know anything about this." Upon hearing this, the detective asks for his name. Eren replies, "My name is Eren Devis." The detective then says, "Good, my name is also Eren." Here, the detective is clearly lying.
Afterward, the detective shows Eren chats with Lisa. Seeing all this, Eren immediately says, "This isn't me." Upon hearing this, the detective asks Eren to show him all his emails. After that, Eren shows all his emails to the detective, and the detective becomes sure that the account through which Lisa was talking is fake.
The detective thinks, "Eren is quite innocent. He doesn't even know what happened to his friends." The detective asks Eren, "Can you tell me about your history with Lisa?" Eren hesitates a bit but starts telling the detective everything. When Eren was in the 10th grade, Lisa transferred to his school from another school. Eren is an introvert and doesn't talk much to anyone or make friends with anyone. That's why Lisa liked Eren a lot. When Lisa first saw Eren, she fell in love with him at first sight. Lisa proposed to Eren many times, but Eren always refused. The reason for this is that Lisa was very proud of her money and always showed off her branded products. Lisa grew up without her mother; her elder sister took care of her, but she also died for some reason. After the 10th grade, Eren and Lisa separated and never managed to contact each other. Eren says that he and Lisa were never in a relationship.
The detective leaves from there. Before leaving, the detective asks Eren, "What is the name of your school?" Eren replies, "Bright Horizons Academy." Hearing this, the detective says, "I also studied at the same school, and my daughter is studying there now." Saying this, the detective leaves.
Around 5 PM, the detective goes out to get some fresh air and notices a boy at a medicine shop on the way. The detective also notices that the boy was standing next to John that day. The detective tries to call him, but the boy starts running away. The detective doesn't understand anything, but he catches the boy. Accidentally, the detective tears the boy's clothes. The detective is completely shocked to find out that the boy is actually a girl. The girl says, "Dad will be late to give medicine," and runs away from there. The detective starts leaving from there. Around 7 PM, the detective sees a mountain near him, which is the same mountain where Lisa and her friends went hiking. Whitney Mountain is a park where people come for picnics or hiking. You have to buy tickets to picnic or hike there. The detective starts asking questions at the ticket counter. The detective asks an employee, "Why is there so much crowd here?" The employee says, "Since the news of those children went viral, this place has become a tourism spot where people camp where they pray for all of them." The detective says, "Okay, can you show me the CCTV?" An employee says, "Sorry sir, we can't show you the CCTV." The detective introduces himself and then gets the footage from the CCTV. Before that, the detective starts checking all those employees.

The detective starts checking all those employees who were present that day. After questioning them, he finds out that initially, six children came for hiking, followed by one more boy who arrived while talking on the phone. It seemed like he was part of the group as well.
Afterwards, the detective checks the CCTV footage and confirms his suspicions. The seventh person in the group was indeed Eren. Filled with anger, the detective heads straight towards Eren's house. On the way, he receives a call from the police. The police officer, in a state of distress, informs him, "A boy's dead body has been found near Whispering Bridge. Please come here quickly." The detective rushes to Whispering Bridge and finds a large crowd gathered there. He makes his way to inspect the body.
As he looks at the dead body, the detective is shocked to discover that it's Eren himself. His condition is worse than that of his friends. Seeing this, the detective begins to experience flashbacks and loses consciousness right there...
