Chapter 3...

Detective Smith is lying unconscious in the hospital. He begins to dream about his school life. Suddenly, he wakes up and says, "Here we go again. I don't know when this will end." A doctor enters Smith's room. The doctor asks, "Good morning, Mr. Smith. How are you feeling now?" Smith replies, "Feeling better." The doctor informs him, "Your daughter has been waiting for you to wake up since yesterday." Smith smiles slightly and asks, "Where is she?" The doctor replies, "She's at school. Emma isn't your biological daughter, right?" Smith angrily responds, "What do you know about her?" and leaves the hospital for home.

At home, Smith starts checking Lisa's emails and realizes that Lisa must have been trapped by someone using a fake account. Detective Smith notices that the chats between Lisa and the fake account were different. Typically, teenagers use shorthand in chats, but the person behind Eren's fake account writes in complete words. Detective deduces that the account belongs to a man aged around 37 to 48 years old.

Later that evening, as Detective Smith prepares dinner, memories of his daughter Emma come to mind, and he remarks, "Emma is just like her mother, doesn't leave any food on her plate." Emma arrives and says to Smith, "Dad, I'm hungry. Please serve dinner quickly." They have dinner together. Around 11 PM, Smith prepares to leave somewhere. He heads to the police station, where there are only four people present, all hackers. Smith hands over Eren's fake account Gmail to one officer and demands, "I need the address associated with this and what Lisa thinks about it." The officer speculates, "I think, sir, Lisa was talking to her college teacher assuming it was Eren." Smith instructs him to do the necessary tasks and steps outside for some fresh air.

As soon as he steps outside, Smith receives a call. A woman on the other end, crying, says, "Several children's dead bodies have been found here." Before Smith can respond, the woman disconnects the call. Smith immediately rushes to the location and finds a crowd near a lake in the town of Pine Ridge. He proceeds to witness the dead bodies of several children and is filled with fear. Seeing their bodies, Smith begins to cry, thinking, "These must be only 10 or 11 years old. What could their mistake have been?" Shocked, Smith informs the police and prepares to leave.

On his way, Smith receives a call from the same officer. The officer informs him, "Sir, I've got the address of that fake account. Please come here quickly." Smith reaches the police station and resolves in his mind, "If I find that man, I won't let him live." When Detective Smith learns the man's location and real identity, he is utterly shocked; the man is Lisa's father. Enraged, Smith goes straight to John's location. John gets scared seeing Detective Smith and stutters, "Sir, are you here..." Before he can finish, Detective Smith starts beating him severely. Suddenly, a girl sneaks up from behind and hits Detective with a bat, but the detective is tough and feels nothing. With ease, the detective hits the girl and John. John and the girl are tied up, and Smith arrives there. Upon arriving, John says, "You're quite old, Smith. I suspected from the beginning that you had some contribution in this case, but I wasn't sure." John says, "What are you talking about? I don't know anything about it. Detective Smith began to beat him in anger and said, " will kill you ".

Detective Smith is furious and continues to beat John. Before he can cause more harm, the girl wakes up. She turns out to be Lisa's older sister. Detective Smith confronts John, saying, "You were the one pretending to be Eren and talking romantically to Lisa, weren't you?" John reluctantly admits, "Yes, I was the one pretending to be Eren."

Detective Smith's anger intensifies, and he demands, "Did you kill Lisa and her friends?" John is visibly shaken but confesses, "Yes, I killed Lisa and her friends."
