Chapter 6 You're Sick in the Head

Fourth Master was actually pinned against the wall by a girl on the airplane, in what was definitely the most startling scene of the century. He had already foreseen that when the girl got off, she would certainly be kicked away, kicked to death would be normal, being kicked till she threw up would mean Fourth Master was showing mercy.

To dare pin Fourth Master against the wall required the heart of a bear and the gall of a leopard, maybe even a dragon's courage.

Such a cute and innocent girl, why on earth would she seek her own death? Isn't it nice to be alive?

"Miss, please take your hand away."

Li Xing said with a trembling voice.

"Don't disturb me, I'm giving him treatment."

Ye Xiao was somewhat impatient; she hated to be disturbed when treating someone. In the past, those who disturbed her were now resting under high-rise buildings.

Watching this scene, Li Xing only wanted to say that the girl was the one who was sick, with the kind of illness that sought death.

Qiao Si closed the file on his lap, looked up at her, his gaze cold and stern, his brows showing fierceness.

The moment he looked up and met those clear, distinct eyes of hers, eyes that were empty yet profound with a faint smile, his originally raised foot uncontrollably hesitated, and for an instant, a strange and unfamiliar feeling surged in his heart.

Ye Xiao touched her chin and carefully sized up the man in front of her.

He was quite good-looking, but she didn't like his eyes; the dark and fierce look was too similar to hers when she played a villain, like someone who had crawled out of hell. She didn't like to see others with eyes similar to hers—if it had been in the past, she would have surely gouged out those eyes and trampled them underfoot until they burst, a feeling she found particularly exhilarating and hadn't experienced in over a decade.

About a minute later, Ye Xiao let go, sat back in her seat, and even pretentiously adjusted her clothes, adopting an otherworldly demeanor. She even exaggeratedly stroked an imaginary beard in the air and revealed a deep and profound expression.

"What illness do I have?"

Qiao Si's voice was sharp and chilling, his eyes slightly squinting, the corners of his mouth curled up with a hint of a dangerous sneer.

If she couldn't give a valid reason, he would make her pay for her actions.

"You have a mental illness."

Ye Xiao's face was filled with a sweet smile as she opened her vermilion lips and spoke word by word.

The words sounded like an insult, but they were delivered with such sincerity from her that they lacked any feeling of cursing.

Li Xing almost fell off his seat upon hearing this, daring to say Fourth Master had a mental illness. He thought it was the girl herself who was mentally ill. If she wasn't mentally ill, why would she work so hard to seek death? Isn't it good to just sit on the airplane? Why cause everyone to crash?

He really wanted to plead for the girl, but he feared being collateral damage, so he could only silently wish in his heart that the girl would die more gracefully.

"I have a mental illness?"

Qiao Si looked at the girl, his eyes not angry but cold, even with a slight hint of excitement. He disliked the girl's pure and clear eyes, those that seemed to cleanse all the darkness in the world, yet he yearned for them, for how could a person who lived in darkness not long for the light.

"Yes, it's a mental illness."

Ye Xiao pointed at his temple, her smile growing even more radiant, revealing those hidden dimples.

Qiao Si stared at her smiling face, as if he could smell the sweetness emanating from her.

Her smile seemed to have magic in it, as though no matter what she did or said, people couldn't get angry at her.
