Lin Yi then asked, "How much would the deposit roughly be?"

Qiu Ce did a quick calculation, then said, "Given the rather large size of your shop, a conservative estimate would put the deposit around seven to eight hundred thousand."

Lin Yi nodded and said, "Well, then I'll just pay a deposit of nine hundred thousand upfront, and the balance after the work is completed."
