Chapter 47 Push the Main Storyline

Boom...

The last mech warrior fell to the ground.

"Ha... ha..."

Bronya and Seele were both panting heavily, their clothes soaked with sweat.

Then, they simultaneously looked at Gu Tang and shouted, "Who got more!"

Gu Tang couldn't tell, as he could only count to 8.

But the Sage knew and told Gu Tang the answer.

So, Gu Tang announced, "Bronya got one more than Seele."

"Hmph... A natural result." Bronya flicked her long hair and said coolly.

"Damn long-range weapons!" Seele looked very unwilling.

March 7th looked around, "Where is Svarog? And the girl in red?"

Seele waved her hand nonchalantly, "Probably ran away already. As for the girl, she's Clara, and she seems to have a good relationship with Svarog, always following it around. Svarog won't hurt her."

Dan Heng raised an eyebrow, "That Svarog actually became friends with a human girl?"

"When I first saw it, I couldn't understand it either. Now I'm used to it." Seele said.

"I sense from Svarog the aura of advancing the main storyline." Gu Tang said thoughtfully.

"What's our main mission again?" March 7th asked.

Dan Heng replied helplessly, "Sealing the Stellaron and resolving the crisis on this planet."

March 7th chuckled sheepishly, "Ah, right. Oops, I've been doing the side quest of looking for Gu Tang for so long, I forgot."

"No problem, now I'm going to push the main storyline like crazy." Gu Tang raised a finger, "According to the Sage's data, Svarog is a very old robot, even existing before this planet was frozen, which means..."

"It's very likely to have information related to the Stellaron since machines don't forget." Dan Heng continued.

"Right, that's a great idea!" March 7th snapped her fingers excitedly, "Next, we just need to find Svarog and negotiate…"

"We just need to dismantle Svarog and read its memory chip." Gu Tang said straightforwardly.

"That's too violent! I can already imagine Clara crying." March 7th couldn't help but say.

Seele, however, liked this direct approach.

"Not bad, I like this straightforward, no-nonsense plan. If you want to fight Svarog, count me in."

She placed her hand on Gu Tang's shoulder, patting her chest with a heroic air.

Dan Heng's eyes lit up.

Seele had the potential to become a bro!

"Hmph... Two simple-minded people..." Bronya muttered.

Seele heard the mutter.

"Gu Tang, I think you're pretty capable. Don't stay with that Iron Guard heiress, join us in Wildfire, we won't treat you badly." She tried to lure Gu Tang.

Half of this was genuine, and half was to annoy Bronya.

"You!" Bronya glared at Seele with sharp eyes.

Seele fearlessly whistled lightly.

"Sorry, Seele, I have an important mission, so I can't stay on this planet." Gu Tang declined.

"It's Seele, not Seele, you're not good at remembering names, are you?" Seele corrected him.

"Mm-hmm, it's Seele, right, I'll remember." Gu Tang gave her a thumbs-up.

"You…! Whatever…" Seele sighed helplessly.

Bronya covered her mouth and chuckled twice.

"So, are we setting off now to find Svarog?" Stelle asked eagerly.

Dan Heng looked at Stelle's wounds, "At least rest for a night. Everyone is tired today, and your wounds need bandaging."

"Exactly, Stelle, you were too reckless today." March 7th held Stelle's hand with concern.

Stelle scratched her head awkwardly, "Sorry, I couldn't hold back..."

Gu Tang thought for a moment and said to Bronya, "You take the wanderers back to the camp first. I'll stay in the town with Stelle and the others tonight."

"Really!" Stelle grabbed Gu Tang's hand excitedly, her eyes shining like a happy large dog.

Gu Tang patted Stelle's head.

"Hehe, there are many fun things in the lower city town, I'll introduce all of them to you." March 7th said with a bright smile.

Bronya looked at Stelle and March 7th and sighed, "Alright, since you just reunited with your companions, you must have a lot to talk about, I won't interrupt."

She had no objections.

But the wanderers behind her started discussing.

"Bronya-sama was abandoned…" "Gu Tang-sama is such a jerk, I love it." "Ultimately, can't compete with the long-lost love." "To be fair, Stelle and Gu Tang do match better." "So, who'll cover the battle between Bronya and Cocolia that I missed…"

Bronya's brow twitched, turning around and shouted, "Silence!"

The wanderers immediately quieted down.

"Then we'll meet tomorrow and head to find Svarog together. Sage, find a suitable meeting place, visible and convenient, while being close to both sides and free from rift creatures' disturbance." Gu Tang said to the Sage.

Even for the Sage, this question was a bit abstract.

But it didn't matter.

He spread his hands, unfolding the legendary Cosmic Time Tunnel, beginning to gather information from parallel universes.

"Hmm... A spot near a deserted mine on the south side of Boulder Town is the best. There's graffiti by underground artists there, making it very visible, and rift creatures haven't been there for 3 years and 6 months, it's very safe." The Sage said.

Gu Tang nodded, "Then it's decided."

"Hahaha! Seele, you really saved my life this time."

A hearty voice rang out.

A middle-aged man approached, followed by several Wildfire members.

His hair was graying, his face full of wrinkles, but he still looked vigorous and healthy, exuding a resilient aura honed by many hardships.

Obviously, this uncle was a warrior in his youth.

"Chief Oleg! Everyone seems uninjured, that's great." Seele sighed in relief.

To her, Wildfire members were family.

"Well done, Seele. We were caught in a pincer attack by robots from who knows where, thought we were in for a long fight, haha!"

Oleg laughed heartily, looking very hearty.

Then he looked at Gu Tang and walked over.

"Oh, you must be Gu Tang they were looking for, indeed handsome, no wonder these girls miss you so much." Oleg looked at Gu Tang and laughed.

"Oh, is it that obvious…" March 7th blushed slightly.
