Protect her

She stood in front of the mirror and stared deeply at her reflection, especially the red strawberry shaped marks scattered around her neck, jaw and ears, she pulled the collar of the cloth she was wearing high with a grim expression then she straightened the cloth, it was a knee length wine coloured gown with white furry Collar, it had a red pendant hanging elegantly on the chest adding to its elegance, it is a gown specially made for cold days, the cloth stinked with elegance and wealth, she sighed as she straightened the cloth again, it would surely produce alot of money if she sold it, she finally finished with cleaning her self up and she cautiously walked out of the bathroom with her ripped cloth in her hand, "I would be lea...." "we aren't done with our business" he said, he was sitted on the only chair in the room with a mug in his hand, "i, I am no longer interested" she said "well that isn't for you to decide" he said and picked himself up and she shifted back immediately, "the ritual has to be done even if you didn't come to exchange your blood for it" he said and she frowned, then Melvin must have purposely led her to the room, "don't you hate Guttric city?, why do.." "I don't hate Guttric city, I only tormented them for killing my father, every body I killed had a hand in my father's death, they took away my most cherished person so they must face the music" he said and made a cold smile, she shivered unconsciously and he suddenly appeared in front of her, she almost fell because of the shock but he held her, "you carry out gutful operations but you don't have the guts to bare the aftermath" he whispered as he fixed her collar revealing the hickeys underneath and he smiled in satisfaction, "if I could kill you I wouldn't have been this terrified of your prideful self but unfortunately..." she paused as she stared at his face which had a sinister smile, "go on" he muttered grabbing her perky bosom and her brows furrowed deeply "you are one unkillable, perverted beast" she said putting force on every word she said and his smile widened "I really wish I could show you how perveted and beastly I could be but we have a serious matter on ground but if you want to see it so bad I would gladly take you to bed" he whispered without letting go of her bossom her brow only furrowed deeper, she couldn't do anything now, he bit her ear slightly and strolled back to his sit, "the ritual would begin in the next full moon thats why I have been trying to stop my self from taking your blood, I also hope you would be there, the blood of a lythrix is required, your blood with Melvin's would make the ritual faster" he said and she nodded slightly, "you can leave" he said with his usual smile as she opened the door to walk out she suddenly felt his cold hands on her waist and she stiffened, "Hazel, remember you are mine" he whispered and her eyes widened, she had never mentioned her name, "i have several means" he muttered like he could guess her thoughts and he finally let her go, she immediately stepped out of the room and sped out of the estate but she didn't forget to grab something, the painting she wasn't able to take the last time, Hazel would never forget to grab something.

Melvin watched her run with the painting and turned to Ezra who was sitting on his chair going through another scroll, "she took another thing" he said but Ezra had no reaction, "I just managed to steal the vase from the mayor's son" Melvin said again "put up more of the valuable artifacts for her to take the next time she comes" Ezra said and Melvin looked at him with disbelief "are you serious?" he asked "I am not laughing, your new job is to protect her" Ezra said and Melvin looked at him in Horror, "did you loose some screws during your few days in seclusion?, what are you talking about?" Melvin cried "she is my little thief, that all you should keep mind" Ezra said but the disbelief and shock on Melvin's face didn't ease, "leave Melvin" Ezra said but Melvin had no reaction until he was shot a glare then he obediently left the room with the believe that Ezra had definitely gone crazy.
