Word of Voltina's impending attack reached the kingdoms of the realm as dusk settled over the realm. A scout, breathless and wide-eyed, burst into the great hall where Mieza was consulting with the council. 


"Voltina is coming," he gasped, "with an army like none we've ever seen. She's gathered the Stormbringers and other dark forces. They're headed straight for us." 


Mieza's heart pounded, but she remained composed. She had expected Voltina to strike back, and now the time had come. She turned to the council and generals, her voice steady and commanding. 


"Alert the troops. We need to be ready to march out and meet them. We can't let her bring the battle to the heart of Vasperia. We have to intercept her and defend the realm at all costs."
