The two quickly entered the Cerulean Gym, only to find the main venue packed with people. In the center of the venue was a huge swimming pool, surrounded by a crowd that made it feel almost like a football game. At a glance, most of the spectators were boys.

"Is this a show?" Brock asked curiously as he took in the scene.

This wasn't something he was used to in the Pewter Gym. He usually spent his time taking care of his younger siblings, leaving little room for other activities.

"Okay, welcome, everyone! The water ballet performance by the three Cerulean sisters is about to begin," a voice announced from a horn shaped like a Cloyster above the venue.

Woo woo woo woo!!!

The crowd erupted in cheers, the atmosphere growing more enthusiastic by the second. Looking around, it was clear the audience was predominantly male.

At that moment, three tall figures in swimsuits appeared on the high diving platform above the pool, waving to the crowd, which responded with even louder cheers.

"They're so beautiful!" Brock exclaimed, practically drooling as he stared in awe.

Ash, however, was unfazed. He found a place to sit down, knowing they couldn't challenge the Gym right now, so they had no choice but to wait.

Brock, still mesmerized, sat down excitedly, while Ash, uninterested, leaned back in his chair, pulled down his hat, and closed his eyes to rest after a long day of traveling.

About half an hour later, a wave of applause and cheers signaled the end of the performance. Ash opened his eyes slightly, noticing that the show was over. The audience, though reluctant, began to leave.

No one had stopped them when they first entered, indicating that this performance was a regular, free event. The audience had no complaints as they left.

"Ash, the performance is over, let's go," Brock said eagerly.

Ash knew exactly what Brock was thinking but didn't comment. He put on his hat, got up, grabbed his backpack, and followed him out.

The three Cerulean sisters had already left through a passage, and Ash and Brock followed suit. After exiting on the other side, they found an aquarium with various fish swimming behind the glass.

As they waited, they heard laughter and turned their heads simultaneously.

The three sisters each had their own distinct style. The eldest, Daisy, had golden curly hair and a beauty mark near her eye, exuding mature charm. The second sister, Violet, had long dark blue hair and a lively personality, contrasting with her older sister's maturity. The youngest, Lily, had pink mid-length hair and a cute, girlish appearance. It was no wonder the audience adored them.

"Huh? Who are you? Why are you here?" the three sisters asked, brushing their hair as they noticed Ash and Brock.

"Uh..." Ash started, but before he could explain, Brock jumped in.

"I'm here to wait for three beautiful ladies! If you can, please consider associating with me!" Brock declared dramatically, slipping to his knees in front of them with a heartfelt expression. Ash's forehead creased in frustration, and Pikachu looked equally exasperated.

In that moment, Ash couldn't help but miss the days when Misty was around.

"You mean dating? Sorry, we're not interested in things that aren't beautiful," Violet responded without hesitation.

Bang!!!

Brock was instantly deflated, feeling as though he'd been struck by a thunderbolt, crumbling like a stone statue.

"That... hello!" Ash interrupted, hoping to steer the conversation back on track.

"Huh? What's the matter, little brother? Are you here to confess?" the eldest sister teased. "Hmm~~~ Looking at you, you might be a handsome guy when you grow up! But you're still young, so wait a few more years."

The three sisters turned their attention to Ash, sizing him up. The current Ash was noticeably different from the one they might remember. His demeanor had matured, and his appearance had also improved, giving him a more confident and composed presence.

"Uh... I'm not here to confess," Ash replied, uncomfortable with their superficial attitude.

Ash knew these sisters were all about appearances—not just with men, but with women too. They even thought Misty, their own sister, wasn't as beautiful as them. This kind of vanity rubbed Ash the wrong way.

"Then are you here for an interview? You'll need to speak with our agent first!" one of them suggested, jumping to another conclusion that had nothing to do with the Gym.

"I'm not here for an interview, nor for an autograph," Ash said, exasperated. He knew there were Celebrities in the Pokémon world, including Trainers like Elesa from Unova, who was both a Gym Leader and a famous model, or Wallace from Hoenn, who was a top Coordinator and future Champion. However, those Trainers balanced beauty with strength, unlike these three, who ran a weak Gym and still had the nerve to be narcissistic.

"I'm here to challenge the Gym," Ash stated firmly.
