Hauster: Today's chop is gonna be short... Sowwe.
"When goods don't cross borders, soldiers will."
This was the famous saying Lumin remembered immediately as he stepped through the gates.
Wenherst was one of the battlefields where the soldiers of Primea battled with the Enders.
Due to Wenherst being located at the extreme of the borders of the Primean Empire, the Enders first launched their attacks in this city before any other one, both in Primea or the other two remaining nations.
And unfortunately, the Mana Barriers weren't erected at the time. So for some time, the border of the Empire was in chaos.
At the time, one of the neighboring nations, The Union of Uvork (TUU), sent some war aides to Primea.
But the Empire refused.
The Empire had found out that the transporters had been ambushed on the way to Primea.
(Don't ask me how Primea knew. The MFs have always been good at gathering intel.)
And the ambushers were...
Demons.
The conductor of the incident was one of the Eleven Inists... One of the two schemers...
Zamai.
He had sent demons to ambush the Uvorkians on their way to Primea.
Not only that...
He commanded an Ender to corrupt the Uvorkians.
Midway to Primea, the Primeans ambushed the caravan and that prevented chaos from happening.
To apologize and to aid the Primeans once more, The Union sent 20 million [RANK 1] soldiers, 5 million [RANK 2] soldiers, 2 million [RANK 3] soldiers and 230,000 [RANK 4] soldiers, with a commander at [RANK 5].
This showed how earnest, repentant, and serious Uvork was.
Due to this, the saying was created:
> "When goods don't cross borders, soldiers will."

Hauster: Yeah, I know. The saying doesn't match the story to make sense.
People are never sensible to begin with.
ESPECIALLY GIRLS.
Look at these questions:
Question: Are you mad?
Her: No. (says it angrily)
You: Ok.
Question: Wanna hang out later?
Her: Are you stupid?!
You: Oh, I'm sorry. I didn't know you were mad...
Her: I SAID, I'M NOT ANGRY!!!
Question: But why are you holding my collar?
With this, I hope I've persuaded and not confused you that girls are unreasonable.
Thank you.

Aia: You are very lucky that we're in corporeal forms. Or I would have KILLED you.
Ramor: But you can't TOUCH me!

In a dimly lit room somewhere in Wenherst, three figures could be seen.
Two had donned cloaks to cover their figures.
The last one was a man with short brown hair, with his head looking at the ground as his hands were chained to the ceiling.
So he hung... half naked.
His hair was covering his face, so it was unknown who he was.
The remaining two men held whips and constantly used them on his already horrifying, mutilated, and bleeding body. The two men applied Mana into their attacks, obviously showing they were rankers and that the attacks were painful.
But the man never even let out a grunt or whimper.
It was his beaters that were exhausted instead.
(Just realized the word "instead" must have come out of "in his stead.")
"Water... I need water," the brown-haired man said wearily.
One of the two then proceeded to fetch him water. When he returned, he tried to make the man drink it.
"Oh, no, no, no! It's not for me. It's for your partner—he looks tired."
Prometheus: Bruh...

"How much for 7 days?" Lumin asked the young receptionist in front of him.
The receptionist was a woman who looked to be in her early twenties, with brown hair and light gray eyes. She also had freckles on her face. The receptionist donned a knee-length dark blue skirt and another dark blue shirt with a short jacket of the same colour over it.
On the left side of the jacket was the logo of the inn: a man sitting on a rocking chair while looking at the setting sun.
"Seven Bronze Prime," she smiled politely and said, above the roaring laughter of people (mostly men) around them.
Lumin sighed.
After crossing the gates, he decided to find an inn to rest while thinking of his next course of action.
Fortunately for him, he saw an inn not far from where he stood. He quickly and calmly approached it.
"Blackson Inn. Sounds decent."
But he didn't expect it to be this noisy.
"Ok."
He proceeded to put his hand in his empty right pocket. The spiral-like tattoo behind his palm glowed faintly before 10 bronze coins appeared in his hand!
He then gave the receptionist seven Bronze Prime. After she confirmed payment, she gave him his room card before assigning another staff member to lead him to his room.
When he reached there, the staff member—another young lady with short pink hair and pink eyes—smiled before explaining how to use the card on the door.
"You just swipe the card on this slit to the side and 'ka-ching!' the door opens!"
Lumin nodded.
"Ok, bye!"
She grinned and skipped away.
'Strong'.
Was what Lumin thought as he shut his door.
