The cursed Pikachu launched electric shocks at the ceiling of the cave, desperate to collapse the structure and crush Yorozu. Sparks flew in all directions, momentarily illuminating the gloomy walls as the echo of the explosions resonated in the cavern. However, Yorozu, with an elegant movement of her fingers, invoked her innate technique. Liquid metal emerged from nowhere, enveloping her in a protective sphere that absorbed the attacks effortlessly.
"Is that all you have?" she muttered, a mocking smile on her lips.
The cursed Pikachu's shocks crashed harmlessly against the liquid metal dome. Her eyes blinked in frustration, feeling her energy draining faster and faster. She had put too much strength into the binding vows and now her body was beginning to suffer. The discharges were erratic, less precise, and the wounds he had managed to close were slowly beginning to reopen.
Yorozu, meanwhile, remained completely immune within his shield. He calmly watched as the Pikachu struggled against its own limits, aware that the creature was reaching the edge of its endurance.
"You won't last much longer. Why are you still fighting?" he asked, not waiting for an answer. His eyes shone with a mix of amusement and cruelty as he took a step forward, letting the liquid metal shift like a second skin around him.
The Pikachu, with a last effort, channeled all the remaining energy in his body. An aura of lightning oscillated around him, intensifying. With a roar, he concentrated the electricity into a gigantic sphere of pure cursed energy, ready to launch it in the hopes of destroying both his enemy and the cave itself.
Yorozu, seeing this, simply sighed.
"One last desperate attempt. Pathetic."
In one fluid motion, the sorceress raised both arms, manipulating her liquid metal with deadly precision. The substance transformed into hundreds of sharp filaments, which extended towards the Pikachu at lightning speed. Before the creature could unleash its final attack, the metal spikes pierced it from all directions, penetrating deep into its body.
The cursed Pikachu screamed in pain as the sphere of energy it had formed began to dissipate. The electricity faded, and the light in its eyes began to dim. Its body hung there, immobilized by Yorozu's filaments.
"It's the end for you," the sorceress said, a victorious smile on her face. She clenched her fists, and the metal filaments contracted, squeezing the Pikachu tightly, draining what little energy it had left.
With one last groan of pain and despair, the creature collapsed, its body glowing for an instant before fading completely. The cave fell completely silent, only the distant echo of the wind outside the mountains breaking the calm.
Yorozu let her guard down, allowing the liquid metal to return to its original form, floating around her like a living substance. She took a step towards the limp body of the cursed Pikachu, observing it for a moment.
"I guess you weren't so scary after all," she whispered, before turning and starting to walk away. Her mission was accomplished.
However, deep within the cave, a small residual spark of cursed energy still lingered in the air, a sign that the cursed Pikachu had not yet completely disappeared.
