The Obarisiagbon Clan

The dawn broke with a brilliant display of colors across the sky, casting a warm glow over the War Gods Military Academy. Thanos stood at the gate, his bags packed and his heart racing with anticipation. The academy had been his home, his training ground, and now he was setting off on a new journey, one that would take him to Flaming Bull City.

The new captain, who had been assigned to escort Thanos and the other Qi soldiers, approached with a confident stride. "Ready, ?" he asked.

Captain Shaun's voice broke through everyone's thoughts. "Listen up, everyone. We're heading to one of the most important cities in Africa, Flaming Bull City. The Obarisiagbon clan has a long history of strength and honor. They've supported the African military for centuries, and their training methods are among the best. Pay attention to everything you learn there."

While in the van Thanos sat thinking to himself. He never really bonded with every rookie in the academy, only those in his team, so he didn't really know who to talk to. Not that it bothered him anyway.

What he didn't know though, was the fact that he was popular among the grade 2 and even some grade 3 soldiers.

Grade 1 soldiers are the ones who just finished a year of training and have gone on their first assignment. And have passed their first Qi and weapons training.

What Thanos never paid attention to was his influence in the military among the rookies. He was already a two star soldier, while some of them are struggling to even get their first star. The first star he earned was as a result of his involvement in bringing down the first mech, and for that selfless act both him and Sam had received stars.

His second star was gotten as a result of him holding back a commander level mech to save the police force in new age city.

He was an idol to many other rookies, and a rival to some.

"Did you hear? The vice grand Commander's son will be joining us" a female soldier said out loud,

"Where did you hear that?" Another soldier asked.

" A friend of mine is in the same base as him and they are also heading for Flaming bull City for Qi training." She replied.

"I hear he already has three stars," a male with pale skin, small black eyes and jet black hair said, " you hear that Thanos, "

Thanos turned to face him, a little startled " hear what?" He asked.

"Seth Gordon, the vice grand Commander's son. Do you think you can match up to him?"

"Well Shino, that is not a question I am confident in answering." Thanos replied to the young Asian man named Shino.

It was almost a two hour drive and everyones arses were sore from the long drive, they immediately hopped off the van immediately they got to their destination.

Flaming bull City looked almost ancient and medieval in architecture. But one could tell it was modern in origin, with the power lines and vehicles moving around.

They were taken to their quarters, a spacious and well-equipped facility that would serve as their home for the next phase of their training. And honestly they couldn't wait to take a break. But their brake was short lived when the captain called for them. They were asked to go over to the palace to greet the head off the Obarisiagbon Clan and the Chief of the city.

Captain Shaun gathered them for one final briefing before they left."Remember why you're here," he said. "This is not just about becoming stronger. It's about protecting our world, our people. Learn everything you can from the Obarisiagbon clan. They are our allies, our mentors. Show them the respect they deserve, and they will help you become the warriors you were meant to be."

As the sun began to set, casting long shadows across the land, they finally approached the Royal palace of Flaming Bull City.

The palace was an impressive sight, with its towering walls and the unmistakable statue of a flaming bull at its entrance. It was a symbol of the city's resilience and strength, a reminder of the Obarisiagbon clan's legacy.

The gates opened, and they were welcomed by a delegation from the Obarisiagbon clan. At the forefront was Chief Obarisiagbon himself, a towering figure with a commanding presence and eyes that seemed to pierce through the very soul.

"Welcome to Flaming Bull City," Chief Obarisiagbon greeted, his voice deep and resonant. "We are honored to have the next generation of Qi soldiers among us."

The young soldiers were a bit surprised that the chief himself would come out to welcome them. But they soon realized that it was the mutual respect that he and the military had for each other that would make him do this. He could have had some other people welcome them, but he came out himself, to show that he respects the military as much as they respect him. As these thoughts went through their minds, the respect they had for Chief Obarisiagbon grew deeper.

Captain Shaun stepped forward and bowec slightly, "Chief, we are honored by your presence."

Chief Obarisiagbon nodded and stroke his black beard, as he stood like a great wise old master. "Starting form tomorrow these young lads would have to go through some of the harshest training of their lives, so to honor them, I have prepared a small feast. At least they should have the opportunity to be treated like kings before they would begin their training.

Hearing this, the smile on their faces grew and it did not go unnoticed by Captain Shaun or Chief Obarisiagbon.

Captain Shaun agreed and they were led into the palace were they would eat as kings for a night.
