They talked about high school and how Xue Song and Fang Haoyu lived while abroad.

Hmm Ai Meng hummed in response. Xue Song stood outside with her as she waited for her driver.

Good night Ai Meng said to Xue Song.

Immediately Ai Meng got in the car, she brought her phone out. She stared at Fang Haoyu's missed calls and messages.

Heck. I forgot Ai Meng said to herself. She called him but he didn't pick up. Not thinking much of it, she went home. She saw Fang Haoyu standing at the gate.

Yu, Ai Meng called from her car. He turned to look at her. His eyes showing betrayal, anger and more.

Yu, what's wrong? Ai Meng alighted and walked to him. She held his face in her hands.

We had a plan Fang Haoyu said as he removed her hands from his face.

She wore a pair of slipper and made her hair into a ponytail.

Okay Ai Meng nodded and began whistling as she made the coffee

I'm going to freshen up. If you need anything... wait till I'm through bathing she added and left Fang Haoyu in the sitting room. After bathing she wore a pair of sweat shirt and sweat pants.

Ai Ai...…. I'm going to bed. If you need anything make yourself at home. If you want to, you can leave this evening. If you're staying over you can come to me I have a few XXL Pants and T-shirts Ai Meng said and walked to the study.

I thought you said you're going to bed. Fang Haoyu said

Yea. I don't get much sleep so I work the time away Ai Meng said

Fang Haoyu freshened up and walked to her study.

Ai Ai Fang Haoyu called knocking on the door can I get the clothes now Fang Haoyu asked from the outside of the study.

Coming Ai Meng said as she dropped the file she was holding. She walked out only to see Fang Haoyu with just a towel.

She fought the urge to blush, stutter and shy away in embarrassment. She walked to her room while Fang Haoyu followed behind.

Here Ai Meng said handing him a pair of boxers, sweatpants and T-shirt.

If the boxers ain't your size, there are more sizes in the wardrobe. Ai Meng said

Let's sleep together Fang Haoyu said plainly

Hmm. Okay Ai Meng nodded

When I'm done she added

Okay Fang Haoyu agreed with a nod. Ai Meng immediately excused herself from the room. Immediately she closed the door, she leaned on it placing her hand over her chest.

She shook her head aggressively before walking to her study. Not long after she sat down, Fang Haoyu walked in and scooped her from the chair.

Yu, put me down. Ai Meng said glaring

And if I say no? Fang Haoyu asked

He took her to her bedroom, placed her on the bed gently,turned around and got in.

Ai Meng fiddled with her finger. She had never slept in the same bed with a boy.

Come closer Fang Haoyu said and Ai Meng shook her head and Fang Haoyu pulled her closer, wrapping his arms around her waist.

Sleep. Fang Haoyu said

I can't. I'll have a nightmare Ai Meng whispered

No matter what, remember I'm in the same bed with you. I'll protect you Fang Haoyu said kissing her forehead

Okay Ai Meng nodded as she shuffled closer into his body. Fang Haoyu patted her hair and lolled her to sleep.

The next morning, Ai Meng woke up without her usual eye bags. She tried rubbing her eyes but when she opened them, she came face to face with a hard shirtless chest.

I thought he was wearing a shirt yesterday Ai Meng squealed inwardly.

She struggled to get off his embrace.

Just a little more Fang Haoyu said

If I continue being in bed with you, I'll be late Ai Meng said Fang Haoyu peeked at her.

Yeah right Ai Meng nodded and forcefully left his embrace. Fang Haoyu looked at his now empty arms.

He picked up his phone to make a phone call when he saw that he had three missed calls and a few messages. When he opened them he found out that Xue Song was the one who sent him the message. He wanted to ignore it but his heart prevailed over his brain.
