What kind of ability

"My ability."

Staring at him blankly, her red lips not being able to form a single vocabulary.

Her first thought was that he was messing with her, but Eleven, though his mental age allowed him to, wasn't prone to these sort of tricks, and with how perfectly he executed the move, Two didn't doubt him.

But why would he lie to her? She previously asked him about his ability, to which he said it was yet to awaken.

If he awakened it at the very moment, how did he manage to use it so perfectly. Even for her flight ability, like every reaper, took a little over two months to adjust to.

"When did you gain your ability?" She asked with closed fingers, she didn't want to believe that Eleven, even with his personality, was a liar.

"Now." He answered, with a smile.

Two was relieved, yet not convinced.

"How did you do it?"

"Huh! Do what?"

"Your ability, how were you able to utilize it in mere minutes?"

Eleven was perplexed, what was she talking about? Wasn't his an ability, same as her's? If she could utilize her's why wouldn't he.

"Wasn't I supposed to?" The smile fading from his face, he asked.

"No, I din't mean it in a bad way." Trying to explain herself, she paused for a moment, organising her words before continuing, "it's just that, when a reaper awakens an ability it takes about a month to get accustomed to."

"You did it in minutes, so how?"

'So that's why, we'll maybe it's because I'm not really Eleven, but I can't tell her that'

"I don't know, maybe because mines isn't that complicated." Scratching his head, he answered

"Not complicated? What is it anyway?" With a genuine smile, Two asked, now that the reality of him having an ability after only a little over a month, appeared to hit her.

"Well, I don't know exactly."

Immediately after the stinging pain on the back of his head subsided, like a wave, a vision or a memory echo came to him, and suddenly he could tell every move Two would make, or more like her whole style.

He couldn't tell what it was yet, but he figured it was along those lines, all this being unnatural, he opted to believe it was his ability.

Not receiving a valid answer, Two pouted, looking at her, Eleven thought she so much resembled a frog.

"It's more like coping styles, like now, even though I've never witnessed the style you were using before, I can utilize it perfectly now."

After that answer, she couldn't hide the shock in her eyes, yet she managed to keep a cool head and ask.

"Are you saying you can perform all the moves in my style?"

She wasn't angry at Eleven for learning the style without her consent, after all she planned on teaching it to him eventually. But the ability he just described in the kind of world they were in, seemed kinda lame and out of place, well that's what most people would think if they heard him, but not her.

With her flight ability, Two would mostly rely on her combat ability, that meant that she had to learn every style she knew from scratch and also knew how useful they were. If Eleven's ability was what she thought it was, then with training and experience, he would most likely end up being one of the strongest reapers. Though looking at him he didn't appear to think that.

"Yeah."

"Cool ability." She said with an ear to ear smile.

"Now we can go on that mission you so desperately wanted." Eleven desired to get out a little and experience the outside world, even though he'd experienced it in his memories, he still wanted to do it physically_with his soul or something.

Two was overjoyed hearing that, she never thought that Eleven would also be eager to go on mission with her, considering how he acts.

Though even with that, she couldn't risk his life.

"Before that, you have to learn more about your ability, how to activate it and better utilize it."

"Why the sudden change? last I remember, you were so eager to go"

"I still am, but not until you're sure about what your ability does."

Eleven couldn't understand this girl at all.

"Fine."

He didn't even plan going on missions in the first place, at least not until he was confident enough in his strength. Now with his ability awakened, no matter how useless it seemed compared to everything he had witnessed, he could now incorporate it in his future plans.

"Let's begin?"

Before those words landed, Eleven was already wheezing in pain on the ground.

"Wha...what was that?" He asked her, his tone raced with anger. Staring at her smiling face only looked to fuel his rage.

"What was what? I told you we were beginning."

"Yeah after you hit me." He said with gritted teeth.

"You think, if we encounter a Vexe, that it will wait for you to get ready?" Still smiling, she asked.

"I know that, but you're not a Vexe."

He was a soldier, of cause he knew about suprise attacks and how one was supposed to be vigilant at all times, but this wasn't a battle field.

"I don't think you do." Though concerned, Eleven could sense a little bit of anger in her tone.

Standing up, the anger in his eyes somehow residing. Placing his hand on his chest where he had supposedly been struck, he instantly launched an attack.
