Ice Shaper
The ice box was opened, revealing an azure blue longbow with a primitive design, emitting a faint cold air.
"This is the Ice Shaper, my grandfather's weapon. This bow was the name of our tribe, and it will now serve as a symbol of the friendship between the Lightspear Clan and the Iceshapers," said Hyosgem.
Forseti picked up the Ice Shaper longbow and examined it, marveling at its craftsmanship.
Though his knowledge of weapons was limited, it was clear that this longbow was of extraordinary quality.
Compared to the Fist of Verrigan or the staff in his hand, the Ice Shaper was at least a notch higher, though Forseti was not proficient in archery.
"The Ice Shaper was damaged once but still has amazing power after being repaired. It can directly condense ice arrows to shoot without physical arrows," the old wizard explained.
"Of course, if there are matching physical arrows, the power of the Ice Shaper will be much greater."
He added, "For creatures outside Jotunheim, the lethality of the Ice Shaper is particularly impressive. Take Asgardians as an example; once an ordinary Asgardian is hit by the Ice Shaper, even a non-lethal shot would likely prove fatal."
"This is too precious," Forseti said.
The old wizard replied, "The Ice Shaper is less important than the life of Hyosgem. Additionally, we hope that this bow will solidify the friendship between the Iceshaper and the Lightspear Clan."
Forseti desired the bow but had initially demurred out of habit.
He then said, "Don't worry, I believe that our wise and powerful patriarch Sylvanas will definitely appreciate the friendship of the frost giants."
The old wizard nodded and smiled, then hesitated before saying, "With all due respect, Mr. Vol'jin... While it is noble to love peace, the strategy of avoiding conflict is not wise. The Asgardians do not understand the value of peace. They will only exploit it."
"The Lightspear Clan is a powerful and noble race. We should unite and fight against the Asgardians... The Iceshaper Tribe will be your most reliable allies, and all the frost giants will certainly welcome you."
Clearly, Hyosgem, the old wizard Helbrindi, and others genuinely believed in the concepts of Zandalar and the Lightspear Clan.
The gift of the Ice Shaper was not only to thank Forseti for saving a life but also to convey their desire to form an alliance.
Forseti understood this and sighed, "Actually, since the prophet Velen led us out of Azeroth, there has been much debate within the clan. For example, my friend Garrosh firmly believes in peace, but I disagree."
"But now... I believe that most people's fantasies about the Asgardians have been shattered with the fall of First Dalaran."
The old wizard said, "Yes, we had illusions about the Asgardians. But the truth has shown us it is pointless."
Forseti said, "Upon returning to the clan, I will certainly convey the sentiments of the Iceshaper Tribe and strive to unite us as soon as possible."
The old wizard nodded in agreement.
After a while, he asked, "Mr. Vol'jin, when do you plan to leave?"
Forseti estimated the time and felt that his ice demon hunter disguise would fade in a few hours. He replied, "As for the details of the destruction of First Dalaran, the second Dalaran may not be clear. I plan to return to the clan as soon as possible, so I will leave now."
The old wizard asked, "Is the journey far? We are currently fighting fiercely with the Asgardians, and there may be danger on the way. Let us send a few warriors to escort you to Second Dalaran."
Forseti was about to reveal his true form and naturally declined, "Not far, not far. Besides, I am also a warrior. My teacher Thrall is the most powerful person in the clan, known as 'World Sa.' As long as I don't encounter a large Asgardian army, I can protect myself."
"World Sa? What a majestic title," the old wizard said, "If there is a chance, I would like to meet your teacher."
Forseti smiled, "I believe that such an opportunity will come soon."
After chatting for a while, Forseti said his goodbyes and left.
The old wizard and others saw him off in person, escorting him for about half an hour before stopping.
As they watched Forseti walk away in the snow and ice, the old wizard and others stood silently for a long time.
"Lord Helbrindi, do you think the Lightspear Clan will ally with us?" a frost giant asked.
"It's hard to say. After all, they have a tradition of seclusion that has lasted for centuries. Do not underestimate the power of tradition," the old wizard replied. "But it's certainly beneficial to befriend such a powerful race."
Another frost giant seemed skeptical, "The Lightspear Clan seems to have only two underground cities, called Dalaran, and one of them was destroyed by the Asgardians. I don't think they are very powerful."
The old wizard said, "They may not be strong as a whole due to their small population... but individuals like Vol'jin's teacher, Thrall, who is called the 'World Sa,' possess extraordinary strength. Such a title is not given lightly."
"And the power Vol'jin used to save Hyosgem is a mysterious force I've never seen before. Its depth is profound."
...
After completely escaping the sight of the old wizard and others, Forseti ran for a while to distance himself from the Iceshaper Tribe.
After running for a while, his body shimmered, and his fangs and ice-blue skin faded, returning to his original form.
So close...
A little later, and he might have been exposed.
Reflecting on his experiences in the Iceshaper Tribe over the past day, Forseti felt a mix of thrill and excitement.
As an Asgardian, he had ventured alone into the tribe of the frost giants, played his part well, and even received a powerful weapon, the Ice Shaper. This experience was one for the ages.
What is an international movie star?
Thinking of the Ice Shaper, Forseti took it out of the Sanctuary space and examined it.
The bow's appearance was extraordinary, the entire body blue with beautiful, simple lines, as if carved from a massive sapphire.
Time to test its power.
The Ice Shaper could condense ice arrows from thin air. Forseti pulled the bowstring, and the bow suddenly flashed blue, radiating cold.
However, the bowstring was incredibly tough, and Forseti's strength wasn't enough to draw it fully, not even halfway.
The cold emanating from the bow became unbearable.
Finally, unable to withstand the bowstring's force and the accumulating cold, Forseti released the string.
"Boom!"
