Zatanos

"Boom!"

An earth-shattering noise echoed, but it wasn't caused by Forseti's attack.

Odin appeared, clad in golden armor and riding the eight-legged Pegasus Sleipnir, surrounded by thunder in the stratus clouds. He held a spear, arcs of electricity coursing through his body, then a thick bolt of lightning like a dragon's body descended from the sky.

"Boom!"

The lightning struck a stone tower, piercing it and the ground beneath, leaving a scorched pit over ten meters deep. Dozens of frost giants and demons near the stone tower were obliterated, leaving no trace.

After this strike, Odin muttered to himself, "Uller, do you see the space channel?"

"No," Uller's voice came to him out of thin air. "There are two stone towers left. Destroy them and I can see the complete camp."

"Okay," Odin nodded, gripping his spear and preparing to strike again.

At that moment, a burst of icy blue light erupted from the camp, followed by a massive ice spike shooting straight at Odin. Sleipnir dodged instantly.

"Odin, your opponent is me!" a voice called out, and a tall frost giant below glared at Odin coldly.

"Grimir, long time no see," Odin smiled.

Before he finished speaking, a flame shot out from below, revealing a demon covered in flames floating before Odin. This flame demon looked like a mummified corpse or a skeleton, with an especially intense fire burning above its neck.

"And me," the demon said slowly, staring at Odin.

Odin frowned, then sneered. "Zatanos, it seems you weren't happy in hell and got pushed out by Mephisto? Also, you look like you're on fire. The frost giants probably don't like you either."

Zatanos coldly replied, "This is Ragnarok, Odin. I will ensure you die in this war!"

"Zatanos, out of hell, no one else dares to be as rampant as you," Odin said.

"Beyond hell, I can defeat you too!" Zatanos's flames burned brighter.

"Then come on," Odin waved his spear.

"Boom--"

Thunder surrounded Odin, making him and Sleipnir glow with blue lightning. Dark clouds swept across the sky, heavy rain poured, and the wind roared in all directions. Clouds, rain, wind, and thunder – the names of Odin, the god of the sky.

Under the gust of wind, the rain twisted into a massive column and rushed at Zatanos.

Zatanos pulled out a chain from nowhere, flames spreading over his body. When he waved the chain, flames surged, forming a barrier in front of him.

"Boom!"

The rain column crashed down, shattered by the flaming chain, releasing immense water vapor. The vapor quickly turned back into rain, rushing at Zatanos again.

Odin shouted, summoning thunder into the rain column, interweaving lightning and water, aiming at Zatanos.

"Boom!!"

Water, thunder, flames, and vapor erupted in the sky, creating a magnificent scene with rainbows. Zatanos, covered in flames, staggered and fell from mid-air. Regaining some control, he flew to a low altitude and stopped.

As the rain intensified, Grimir also gathered substantial materials, summoning thousands of ice spikes that shot out in unison.

Odin and Sleipnir, wrapped in lightning, dodged and moved swiftly in the air, avoiding all the ice spikes. Odin then waved his spear, and another thick bolt of lightning fell, destroying a stone tower.

"Uller, any results yet?"

"No."

Odin exhaled. "Alright, one more to go. Continue!"

Odin resumed his battle with Zatanos and Grimir, while the fight below continued.

After some fighting and moving, Hermond's team finally faced a group full of demons.

"Forseti, it's time to show your skills," Hermond said. "You should be able to handle this alone, right?"

"Of course," Forseti shook his hammer excitedly.

Without another word, Hermond took the rest of the team elsewhere, leaving Forseti alone.

Forseti: "..."

The dozen or so demons opposite him were stunned for a moment, then they all smiled cruelly and rushed at him with a roar.

Facing the demon team, Forseti hesitated, then decided to play it safe and summoned his blessing.

King's Blessing!

His whole body shone with holy light, and mighty holy armor covered him, transforming him into a paladin.

Holy Light Strike!

As a demon approached, Forseti struck with holy light.

The demon raised its weapon to block, but the Holy Light's restraint against demons, combined with Forseti's blessed state, made the block useless.

"Boom!"

The holy light exploded, blowing half of the demon's head off.

The other demons were startled by the holy light, instinctively feeling threatened and slowing down.

Forseti rushed forward, surrounded by five or six demons.

"Come to get the warm greetings from the Holy Light!"

Blessed Hammer!

The Hammer of Blessing shot out from Verrigan's Fist, drawing a swirl around Forseti, hitting several demons.

"Boom boom boom!"

Most demons hit were killed by the Holy Light on the spot. One survivor turned and ran in terror.

"Run!" The other demons also fled frantically.

Forseti extended his hand, casting the Hand of Reckoning.

Despite the danger, the demon hit by the Hand of Reckoning continued to flee, showing no intention of turning to fight.

Forseti had no choice but to drink a Swiftness potion and chase them.

Hammer of Justice!

A demon fell.

Sword of Justice!

Another demon fell.

Against the Holy Light, only a few powerful demons could withstand Forseti's strikes for a few rounds; most were one-shot kills.

This outcome was due to the Holy Light's strong restraint against demons and the fact that demons lose strength when they leave hell. If Forseti were in hell, he wouldn't be as relaxed, nor would he go to hell willingly.

Knowing he couldn't slaughter demons in hell, Forseti pursued them relentlessly, showcasing his prowess.
