Antarctic Continent

This is the blood of a high-level giant dragon, much stronger than ordinary dragon blood and highly valuable. Naturally, the more we collect, the better.

While Forseti was gathering dragon blood, Valkyrie arrived on a Pegasus and looked at the deceased Gohe. "You slew it?"

Forseti hesitated briefly, then responded, "Uh, yes."

He remembered Valkyrie's desire to personally to vengeance from Gohe, but allowing her to kill it would nullify the reward for the holy deed.

With Gohe dead, Valkyrie drew her longsword and began hacking at the dragon's head, venting her fury.

Soon, the dragon's head lay in pieces, exposing its sturdy skeleton.

"Clang clang..."

The skull of the high-level giant dragon was as tough as immortal steel, and Valkyrie's weapon bore nicks and gaps after several strikes against the keel.

But her wrath was unrelenting; she continued until her sword was ruined.

"Crack!" A crisp sound marked the breaking of the sword's tip against the dragon bone, finally halting Valkyrie's assault as the dragon's head faintly gasped.

By then, Gohe's head had been mostly dismembered, flesh and blood scattered, and a large section of keel exposed from the hundreds of sword strikes.

Forseti smirked inwardly, noting Valkyrie's frightening determination...

As a gesture of comfort and apology, Forseti retrieved a dagger gifted by Odin and stepped forward to cut out the dragon's teeth. "Dragon teeth are excellent material for crafting weapons. I'll cut them for you, and you can forge a new weapon."

The dagger, though not harder than dragon teeth, proved laborious to use, more akin to a saw.

Even immortal steel or vibranium might shatter when cutting dragon teeth, hence Forseti's choice of Odin's enchanted dagger, virtually indestructible. Otherwise, any ordinary blade would have dulled before completing the task.

"Sawing through... there." Forseti finally severed a dragon tooth, exhaling as he handed it to Valkyrie.

Soon after, Brunnok and the mages from the sanctuary arrived, gathering around the dragon's massive corpse.

Master Dong seemed somewhat enthused,

Approaching Forseti, he bowed respectfully. "Respected Sun God, we're grateful for your aid once more, along with the warriors of the Gods' Realm."

"It was nothing." Forseti nodded, then inquired, "By the way, I noticed you've recently mastered instant teleportation magic. When did that come about?"

"Only recently," Master Dong replied respectfully.

"Recently?"

Master Dong gestured towards Nierdi nearby. "That's our new Supreme Mage, Nierdi. She's refined teleportation magic to allow skilled mages to perform instantaneous teleports."

Forseti glanced over at Nierdi, the young female mage he'd spotted earlier.

A formidable female Supreme Mage... Could she be Ancient One? He couldn't help but wonder.

It seemed likely.

Forseti vaguely recalled that the Ancient One in the movies had been around 700 years old, placing this era at the early 14th century, when Ancient One would have been relatively youthful, her head yet unshaven.

Addressing Heimdall, Forseti said, "Heimdall, transport the dragon's remains and Valkyrie back to Asgard."

"And you? Not returning for the moment?" Heimdall's voice echoed in his mind.

Forseti responded tersely, "Indeed. As you know, I have extensive dealings with Midgard, especially the Holy Sanctuary."

"Understood." Heimdall's reply preceded the opening of the Rainbow Bridge, ferrying Gohe's corpse and Valkyrie back to Asgard.

Turning to Master Dong, Forseti asked, "Master, could you open a portal to the Antarctic continent for me?"

"Antarctica? What's there?" Master Dong inquired curiously.

"It's nothing urgent; I suddenly realized it's the only region of Midgard I've yet to visit." Forseti explained.

In truth, his motive was quite different.

Forseti's intention in visiting Antarctica was to select an appropriate site for establishing the Silver Hand headquarters.

The location of the Silver Hand on Earth had already been discussed among the four Paladins, though specifics remained undecided. Ultimately, Forseti chose Antarctica.

The Silver Hand could only be constructed in an uninhabited area; any presence near human civilization would invite interference, potentially altering history.

Moreover, Forseti had no desire to meddle with history without good reason.

Antarctica, Earth's most remote region, was devoid of human habitation even in the 21st century.

Master Dong shook his head, "I regret to inform you that my portals are limited to places I've visited. Antarctica isn't among them."

"Has no one from the Supreme Sanctuary been to Antarctica?" Forseti queried.

"That's..." Master Dong furrowed his brow.

"I have." A female voice interjected—Master Ancient One .

Forseti turned to her as she continued, "I've traversed all Earth's continents, including Antarctica."

With a wave of her hand, she conjured a portal revealing an icy vista, unmistakably Antarctica.

"Thank you." Forseti nodded, then led Brunnok and Ander through the portal to Antarctica.

Ancient One followed suit, presenting Forseti with a map she'd drawn. "This is my map of Antarctica. Feel free to use it."

Examining the map, Forseti found it remarkably accurate, closely resembling the Antarctica he recalled from a past life.

After distributing the map, Nierdi opened another portal revealing a mountainous countryside scene, bustling with activity—likely a construction site.

"What place is this?" Forseti asked casually.

"Kamar-Taj," Nierdi answered. "It will be the future home of the Supreme Sanctuary. Construction is ongoing."

Once Nierdi departed, Brunnok approached. "Are you considering establishing the Silver Hand headquarters here?"

Forseti's nodded, surveying the snowy landscape.

Antarctica's climate posed no challenge to them, the breeze merely a whisper.

"Now, let's find a suitable location on this continent for the Silver Hand."
