A tentacle shoots out from the water, breaking through the waves and wind, aiming precisely at the two figures hovering in the air. But Shen You reacts even faster. With a swift movement and a burst of thruster power from his armor, he dodges the tentacle's strike. The salty spray and wind-laden tentacle narrowly miss them, prompting a scream from Zola.

The next moment, the massive black shadow bursts out of the water! The creature's menacing shell and tons of seawater cascade down, creating towering white waves. Its body is covered in rock-like scales with a faint red glow, and it's about twenty meters long, with sharp teeth like those of a ferocious shark.

Zola stares at the giant figure, completely stunned.

This thing is enormous!

So enormous, it takes her breath away.

"Pearl, take control of the armor," Shen You orders, "Protect Miss Zola. I'll be right back."

"No problem, sir."

The armor goes into autopilot, with Pearl lifting the screaming Zola higher into the stormy sky. At the same moment, Shen You feels a surge of heat, instantly transforming into photons and disappearing on the spot. A massive beam of light shoots down as if from the heavens, crashing into the water behind the sea monster, causing a huge splash.

The sea monster, which was roaring with a king-like dominance, suddenly feels a chill behind it. It stiffly turns around to see the red-and-silver giant standing tall, half its body floating above the ocean, looking down at it.

Even without any facial expression, it feels eerily like the giant is saying—

—"What's your deal, little buddy?"

The sea monster, still in its roaring pose, suddenly falls silent, unable to make a sound for several moments.

Half a second later, it closes its mouth and shrinks its head back a bit.

It even squeezes out a fawning smile with its sharp-toothed mouth.

A fierce light flashes in the sea monster's eyes.

Now's the time!

A crimson light shines from the monster's body, and electricity races along the tentacles! The magical electric shock hits Shen You's body without resistance, spreading through his red-and-silver form to his limbs.

And then nothing.

Shen You feels nothing and even finds it a bit amusing.

Is this a joke? That tiny spark feels like a massage.

He steps on the monster, pulling hard with his hands. With a force of tens of thousands of tons, he tears the tentacles clean off the monster's body. Black blood sprays from the severed stumps, and the monster lets out a piercing scream.

Shen You follows up with a whip-like kick. The powerful blow strikes the monster's massive body, causing it to sway, water splashing up as it feels like its organs have been displaced, numbing the pain.

For the final strike, Shen You straightens his right hand, placing his left hand along his arm. The light energy within him rapidly gathers into his right arm, concentrating at his fingertips. A barrage of needle-like light bullets fires continuously.

**Ultra Shoot!**

This is a generic skill used by many Ultramen from Seven onwards into the New Generation, and it's one of the most common light-based attacks in the Land of Light. In theory, it has the same power as Spacium Rays, with variations that can cause petrification, paralysis, rapid explosions, and other effects.

However, Shen You didn't go for anything too flashy this time, opting instead for raw, destructive power!

The needle-like light bullets penetrate the monster's body and explode all at once. The energy expands rapidly, and the monster doesn't even have time to scream before its body is blown apart. Massive shockwaves ripple outward, scorching fireballs rise with blinding white light, and the interplay of smoke and water creates a scene of utter destruction.
