Ch-:14 Array Master

After extracting all the talents and looting all the materials, from Dima Loan Sharks, Sogen leaves the mansion to go in the workshop.

"Hey System! I am confused, I didn't get a single talent from all those people. I only get some cubes called Talent Fragments."

Suddenly system starts to make a face, as if he was controlling his laughter.

Sogen sees it and with a stone face, he asks,"What's so funny?"

Sogen fumes with anger and says," You trash System, are you mocking me?"

"Host, I am not mocking you, I am describing you."

After some time, he reaches at Pilaaf Estates Association. He enters the association and goes to the counter, where a girl was standing.

"Hello sir. Please tell me how I can help you.", The girl says with a smile.

"I want to buy a big piece of flat land with a normal sized house. Can you show me?"

The girl opens a drawer and takes out a small book.

"Here sir, this is our land book.In it, all the lands, their location and their sketches are present. You can tell me which one you want."

"All these sketches are either made by someone who is born with a sketching innate talent or a professional artist.",Sogen thinks.

After some time Sogen selected a location.

"I want this location.",Sogen says to the counter girl, pointing his finger towards a picture.

But before the girl could give Sogen the land's documents, another man comes and says,"I also want this land."

Sogen sees towards the man. He was a young boy, he was looking 23-24 years old. A beautiful girl was standing behind him, she was also looking 20-21 years old. Anyone would fall in love with her beauty at just a glance. They both were wearing a red dress with a big yellow pheonix symbol.

"Sir, I am very sorry but this land has already been selected by him. I can show you some other land.",The counter girl says to the boy, pointing towards Sogen.

The boy looks towards Sogen and says ,"Brother, I am Gale and she is my sister Siana. We are from Felix Mercenary Group. For giving us some face, can you please give us this land?"

[Felix Mercenary Group is one of the largest group in Hamar Town. In name it is a group but in reality it is much bigger. It can be said a small clan. They have a decent reputation in Hamar Town.]

"Sorry, but I have selected this land first and I don't want to sell it to other.",Sogen replies.

"You...",Siana tries to say something in anger but she was stopped by Gale.

"Ok brother. You can take it but I want to befriend you. Can you tell me your name?", Gale says and extends his hand towards

Sogen to handshake.

Sogen sees towards Gale's hand but he didn't shake hands with him and says,"My name is Sogen."

"Sir, all your documents are ready. Please go inside and do all the required procedures." The counter girl says.

Sogen goes inside the room to do all the required procedures.

Whereas outside the room where Gale and Siana were standing.

"Brother, why did you let him take the land?"

"Siana, if we try to use our power to force everyone then it will bring a great disaster upon us one day. You know my Innate Talent Grade D Blood Perception. "It's good that those people from Felix Mercenary Group doesn't create trouble for me and they left. Now I have a decent land to grow vola trees [cocoa trees] but still there is a problem. It will take a lot of time to grow these trees. Hey system, do you have any solution for this problem?"

"Host, there is a solution. If you want to grow these vola trees early then you can use formations. You know that almost everything in this world depends on energy. Like cultivation energy, spiritual energy. But for making a formation, many resources are needed. But if an Array Master appears in a sect, it will surely bloom. They are also rare but not as much as a Spiritualist. But becoming an Array Master not only requires resources but also requires knowledge and understanding of formation. Big sects often pays Array Master for making different formations for them. They are not divided by any grades but only judged by their knowledge. But a Array Master can not do much in fights, he can only help cultivators from the backlines"]
