Chapter 7

Velon smiled to himself as he stood surrounded by three Fenrir bosses. So apparently if you cut all your enemies into three parts the same 300 times, it spawns three bosses at once. Good to know.

However, he realized something was slightly different. All three bosses were level 85. Which meant he had a much larger challenge now. Perhaps this fight would finally push him and Aeris to level 100 each. He was level 96 and her level 95. Despite being 10 levels over the bosses, the XP they dropped was great. The next level dungeon had a level requirement of 100.

So with a battle-lust grin that would have even Ares proud of him, he launched at one of the wolf's swords at the ready. Gible charging at another one.

"In hindsight, allowing a massive explosion to go off right by one of the boss's balls was NOT a good idea to do. Most definitely not." Velon said out loud as he dodged all three Fenrir bosses who were specifically aiming for his balls.

"Would it make it any better if I said I didn't mean to do it on purpose?" Velon asked and they just level jumped to level 90. "Understood." He was mentally questioning how the fuck they jumped to level 90, from 85, but he didn't care, more XP.

So deciding he had enough fun running and dodging wolves he waited right till the wolves surrounded him and were charging. Right before they would hit him, he channeled [Flamethrower], [Dragon Breath] and [Explosion] into his sword and swung it right into all three as he used the force of another explosion at his feet to send him flying up into the air.

He watched in happiness as all three wolves were on their last bit of HP. So he swung his sword adding a bit of magical energy using a fraction of his [Lunar Flare] skill to make a slash-like move that cut the wolf's head clean off finishing it. Gible meanwhile uses a flamethrower to burn through one's head and destroy its brain.

"Awesome," Velon muttered as he suddenly realized how big his Gible had become. Aeris was now 4.5 feet tall. Fucking massive for the Gible line. Normal Gabites are 4' and 7" tall. So how big would she be as a Gabite?

Now both turned to the last wolf who was somehow pale and both had a scary grin on their face and used a dragon breath combo through the eyes to hit the brain and kill the wolf. As a bonus, its head exploded into gore that was pushed back by a casual swing of his sword.

Velon paused for a moment as Gible started glowing. He knew what that meant. Evolution! With a grin, he watched as his daughter was covered in white light and seemed to shrink and grow before becoming thinner and more streamlined. Gaining arms and longer legs.

However, his eyes caught how evolution worked. By turning the Pokémon into pure energy it would shape and mold it to the proper form and then solidify back into matter while leaving the "core" of the Pokémon much larger.

How interesting! Arceus was amazing, at least when he wasn't losing to meteors...

Shaking that thought off he watched the energy finally solidify fully and his daughter roared in her new form. Her size is slightly above that of the average Garchomp. 6' and 8" tall.

With a grin, he reached out and she leaned down as he rubbed her head and she purred under his rubbing. Guess she was still a daddy's girl as she pushed her head into his chest like a shy girl. He just chuckled before backing away from her and commencing his evolution.

Velon however felt pain come rushing in. Was his evolution and future possible evolutions gonna always be like this? What a pain, in all ways.

However to his joy, the pain quickly vanished and he only felt great, no, he felt FUCKING GREAT!

Velon smiled as he saw the new information on the status screen and new skills.

Velon was most definitely very happy. However, he was curious about the last skill. It was blanked out with question marks. Maybe it would reveal itself upon some hidden requirement being unlocked.

So he shrugged it off and used observe on Aeris to see her status as she let out a happy "Gabite!" she saw her father look at her with a curious look and roared as a large flamethrower shot out her throat and far into the sky with such immense power it was awe-inspiring. However, as he saw her status he just wanted to question how unfair it was how much she got from evolution.

Like wtf!? His daughter just became OP and it's not even funny, OK, it is for him against enemies, however when they spar, not so fun. Honestly, the only terrifying movies missing were Earthquake, hyper beam, Dragon Rush, outrage, and Fire Blast. She'd probably learn them upon evolution. Unlike him, she didn't have a skill preventing her growth. XP didn't have a goddamn 3x multiplier to the already needed amount. At least he had that 5x power bonus added on.

Deciding to shake that thought off, he and his daughter practiced their moves to perfection and got the hang of the strength by bullying the Fenrir boss a lot. They killed it 17 times... very much bullied it.

Velon smiled as he walked into school and met up with Guy both took their seats by the window. He was in the very back seat and Guy was in front of him.

"You seem different," Guy said and Velon smiled and said the same in return. After all, something had changed for both of them.

"And so do you," Velon said as he laughed with Guy both laughed ignoring all the looks sent their way. Lust and desire by girls. Hatred and annoyance by guys. Also scarily enough, some lust from a couple of guys. Nothing wrong with gay people, he just wasn't into that.

Artemis struggled with a thought as she sat in a coffee shop while watching her savior drink coffee while typing away at a laptop. He would occasionally answer a phone call and then hang up quickly.

However, at that moment, she caught his eye and he smiled as he hung up whatever phone call he was on calling a person an idiot closed his laptop put it away, and approached her.

She told him she wanted to return the jacket and she didn't even realize it when the two both got a new order of coffee and ended up walking around town.

It would only be later that Velon would realize he never got his jacket back and never would for all eternity as she kept it and always wore it. He wouldn't lie, whenever he saw her wearing the jacket, he just felt extremely happy and couldn't help himself, but hug her making her blush beet red each time.

I know the part of the Artemis and Velon back story wasn't as desirable as some might like it, but I'll try to add longer and better ones soon.

No promises, but I'll try.

Oh and before I forget, I've decided that now in all current and future stories, I'm going to grammar update them so expect a bunch of updates to all chapters every ten chapters.
