THE GRINGOTTS VISIT

Harry woke up the next morning and after having some breakfast, he went to his room where there were some expensive robes that his elves had bought for him, he wore them then he called Tipsy and asked her to put some glamour charms on him as his grandfather had instructed him to do so. After that he took a goblin made chain from the office room which was the portkey, he informed Cosmos of where he was going and then he clearly told the phrase, "trapeze", he felt the portkey activating and he felt his navel tug and started descending, but as he got a warning from his grandfather he was able to land properly. Just as he landed he noticed a spectacular white marble building guarded by what he assumed to be goblins in armours. "Goblins are short humanoid creatures that have long noses, long, thin fingers and are short in height. They are highly intelligent, economically clever, are very capable metal smiths and they have their own branch of wandless magic. They do not want to be considered in servitude to wizards and try to forge their own worth to society. They are established and highly-respected in economic professions, controlling the economy to a large extent and running Gringotts." He remembered his grandfather informing him about goblins. He applied the spell that his grandfather taught him which would enable him to speak and understand most of the known languages except for the ones like death's dialect, parseltongue and Phoenix's language. It took him about two hours to get it right with his great grandfather's wand which was in the Castle's Vaults which contained the wands of previous Potters and important books, family grimoires, jewellery and mounds of galleons, heaps of sickles and mountains of knuckles. As the property was heavily warded the ministry couldn't detect the magic in that area. As he entered the bank he nodded respectfully to the two goblin guards standing outside, the guards were so shocked that they forgot to sneer at him.

 After he entered he paid 5 galleons to the security goblin inside to go to the teller immediately without waiting in the queue as his grandfather had instructed him to do so. He went to the teller and said in fluent Gobbledegook, "Greeting master teller I would like to speak to the Potter Account Manager Ragnok".

The teller got over the shock of a wizard speaking their tongue and treating them with respect, so he also kept his tone respectful and asked in Gobbledegook, "And who might you be, only the members of the Potter family are allowed to see them as they are of royal blood line and we take their security seriously."

"I am Hadrian James Potter heir of house Potter and I would like for this visit to be kept a secret" Harry replied as he flashed his heir ring.

"Sure Heir Potter, Griphook take to young man to the Potter account manager." The teller ordered.

Another goblin started leading Harry to much more inside and after walking for about 10 minutes they stopped in front a large ornate golden door with the Words Ragnok VII – Potter account manager written and Griphook knocked on the door.

"Enter" a voice came. As soon as he stepped inside he saw a noble looking old goblin peering at him through his spectacles, he also felt his glamour charm fading which he assumed to do so due to the protective enchantments of the room.

Harry took a short bow and then said, "Greeting Ragnok I am Hadrian James Potter heir of the House of Potter." Harry said with as much confidence as he could muster as he couldn't help but feel nervous but all of a sudden a mental thrill which he recognized to be Cosmos's he calmed down.

"Greetings Heir Potter, I admit I was looking forward to meet you and you do not disappoint. Now what services may Gringotts offer to you" Ragnok asked.

"Today I would like a inheritance test and a Gringotts full body medical test." Harry answered.

"Certainly Heir Potter, the inheritance test would be 20 galleons and the Medical Test would be 100 galleons." Ragnok answered.

"Let's make it 10 galleons for the inheritance test and 50 galleons for the medical test." Harry answered as his grandfather told him goblins liked it when wizards knew the value of money and bargained for it and the goblins respect increased for that said wizards.

"I already like you Heir Potter, but let's make it 15 galleons for the inheritance and 75 galleons for the medical test, I can't give you any further discount" Ragnok told him.

"Deal" Harry accepted.

After that Ragnok asked him to used the special ritual knife to drop 13 drops of blood on the enchanted parchment, Harry did as instructed and as Ragnok was reading through it his eyes widened slightly but quickly schooled his expression and handed Harry the parchment to read. Harry was also shocked by what he was reading in it.

"Well Heir Potter we need to quickly get you to our healer as you have what appears to be a hocrux in your scar" Ragnok growled

"Please call me Harry Ragnok, and what is a hocrux adn who is this Tom Marvolo Riddle?" Harry asked.

"A Horcrux was an object in which a Dark Wizard or Witch had hidden a detached fragment of his or her soul in order to become immortal. As long as the receptacle remained intact, so too did the soul fragment inside it, keeping the maker anchored to the world of the living, even if their body suffered fatal damage. The Horcrux was considered to be by far the most terrible of all forbidden Magic. Horcruxes could only be created after committing murder, the supremest act of evil, as a means to tear the soul.

Given that Horcruxes were utterly precious to those who made them, there were usually protective measures made to prevent them from being stolen or destroyed, such as counter-charms and curses. Horcruxes were also extremely durable, and therefore only the most powerful and potent elements and magical spells of the wizarding world could truly destroy them, such as Basilisk Venom and Fiendfyre. Its one of most prohibited branches of magic as it goes against the sacred laws of magic itself. Those who create it are the worst of the worst of the scums. Magicals think that destroying the container can only rid the horcrux but the goblin nation has a ritual that can transfer the soul piece to another container and then destroy it, all those in the nation deeply despise and loathe it." Ragnok growled and explained. Harry was shocked and angry as he had a piece of his parent's murderer in him. Steeling himself he asked Ragnok to take him to the healers and he would be willing to pay as much as required

Ragnok then took him to another room where goblin nation's specialised healers were present, they informed him that the ritual would take around 8 hours to complete and for that duration they would put him in an enchanted sleep. Harry accepted and he was put to sleep as the ritual started.

Ragnok after seeing that the ritual started immediately rushed to his father Ragnok VI, King of the nation to inform him about all these events and horcruxes, the king was enraged and he ordered a search party full of Curse Breakers and Goblin Warriors to start searching for the other horcruxes.

After 8 hours Harry was woken up and he could feel his magic had grown clearly and he felt brighter and free of any external influence. He was also given some nutrient potions by the healers to compensate for his stunted physical growth and was told to take it with his meals regularly. The healers also advised him to practise his magic a bit as now he a lot more powerful and should learn to show restraint. After that he was lead back into Ragnok's office.

"Harry the ritual was successful and the King asked me to inform to you that we have organised a search party to find these abominations and destroy them. Any other services you require Harry?" Ragnok asked him

"Yes please Ragnok I would like for a way for Gringotts to communicate with me without usage of owls, I would also like to visit my family vault and also could you schedule a meeting another day to explain to me about my holding" Harry asked.

Ragnok waved his hand and a Golden Colour Box with the Gringotts logo on it and bound it to Harry's blood and gave it to him and explained that it was a enchanted mail box that only he could open and could send or receive Gringotts mail from it. Ragnok also scheduled a meeting with Harry a month later and called gornuk to take him to the Potter Vault. Harry went to the high security regions that had dragons and their family magic protecting it. He sliced his palm and placed it on the vault door for it to recognize him for future visits and then placed the heir ring on it. Harry took some money and called Tipsy and instructed her to take the portraits of his parents back to the manor.

After that he exited the building and immediately portkeyed back to the castle and informed his Grandfather's portrait of the events that transpired today, his grandfather also informed him that his training would start from day after tomorrow and instructed him to take rest the whole of next day. He decided to activate his parents portrait tomorrow.

Then Harry had his meal with the potion given to him by the healers and then spent some time with Cosmos before changing to his night clothes and then went to his bed and thought about the days events, today was a long day for him after all between learning of his heirships and his abilities and getting the soul piece removed from him all in all today was long, tiresome and eventful. As he was thinking this sleep claimed him.
