Synopsis:

Shiba is an avid anime enthusiast whose favorite series is Naruto. His life takes a tragic turn when he is diagnosed with a severe brain tumor, leaving him with only a few months to live. Despite the grim prognosis, shiba spends his remaining days surrounded by his loving friends and family, finding solace in their support and the anime worlds he cherishes.

Upon his passing, Shiba awakens in an unfamiliar adult body, confused and disoriented. Before he can grasp his new reality, a ninja bursts into the room, addressing him as "kazekage-sama." As Shiba processes the situation, a mysterious notification called the "Oasis System" appears in his mind, providing him with a starter pack. Overwhelmed and amazed, Shiba realizes that he has been reincarnated into the world of Naruto he is the first kazekage and his adventure is just beginning.
