THE OTHER SIDE OF RUTH

Later that same day, Ruth was discharged from the school infirmary with a bandage on her left ankle some hours after the last bell signaled the end of lectures and her driver had to wait for her to complete to necessary treatment before taking her home in her father’s car. Her dad, accompanied by Marcus, wasn’t at home when she came back to the mansion with the driver but her mother and little brother was the only ones she found in the house. Lucas came out of the house at the sound of the vehicle horning wildly outside the gate. 


The driver drove into the compound as soon as the gates were open and he parked the vehicle in front of the mansion. Then he quickly came outside of the car and went assist Ruth in opening the back door which he did on under watchful eyes of the gateman who stood at the gate.
