And the persuasion worked, the school had no choice but to organize the trip. I was very much excited about the travel that I was dancing all day, it scared my mom.

" Luna why on earth are you dancing so much today, do you want to break your bones or what, be careful" she scolded from the dining room where she was working on her computer.

" No mom, am just so excited about the school trip coming up in two days, that's why" I said as I took a breath and sat near her.

" Yeah, I received an email from your school about some school trip, I didn't have enough time to go through it, but I asked my assistant to make the payment" she said looking up at me.

Honestly speaking, my parents have little to no time for me. I have all the luxury needed, but not their complete time and attention. Sometimes they go on trips and I don't get to see them for weeks or months on. Am not very attached to them, but yes they had never deprived me of any luxury I want, I just need to mention it.

But if it happens to br something that they think is unfit or below our social status, they never let me have it, example trips to countryside. It's a relieve on my behalf that she didn't have the time to see whetr the trip is to and just agreed otherwise am never going.

" Uhm mom, when are we going to have a family trip" I asked, we rarely ever went on a family trip and I wonder when. " Sweetheart, mom and dad are striving to make your life perfect. We want you to have the very best of everything in this world, so we have no time to sit and go tripping, if you want anything just tell us, you would get it" mom said.

I know it's true, I live a very luxurious lifestyle with any and everything I ever need, but I just want that genuine love and connection with my family, I can give up everything and all the luxury to have it, but what can I do.

~ My dear child, your dad might not be rich, or from the same background with your mom, but one thing I can assure you is that your life would always be happy and filled with all the love you would ever need, and we will make sure you never lack anything.

So yes, the next day at school after school closed, cayo gave me a paper and my hands were trembling thinking what the content might be. I heard some shy and introvert guys usually write letters to girls expressing their love for her and I wonder if that is what the letter is, GOD.

I kept the letter in my bag and when I reached home I was anxious to read it. I first decided to take a cold bath and relax myself before reading it so that am much calmer. But when I opened it a piece of my heart was disappointed, it wasn't a love letter or a confession letter, rather it was a list of stuff I should pack for the trip.

The letter started like. ' Hi Luna, I know you have never gone to a countryside and you might not really know what to be packing so I made you this list, it should help with the essentials of what you might need to make the trip better and easier for you.

- Waterproof jackets and pants.

- Insulated boots

- Warm sweaters and socks

- Leggings and tank tops, ( if you want to go hiking).

- Water resistant gloves for cycling.

- Riding boots, ( if you want to go horse riding)

- Warm hats, gloves, scarfs and Extra socks.

- Waterproof backpack.

- Water bottle, power bank, first-aid kit, map and compass, ( in case of emergency).

- Toiletries

- Sunscreen, insect repellent and don't forget your travel documents.

- Snack and energy bars.

- Water purification tablets

- Camera, ( am sure you would want to capture the moments).

- Charger for laptop, phone, camera and power bank.

- travel sized games

- And cash.

It might be an incredibly small gesture from his part, but it totally melted my heart.

I smiled and got up to start packing, tomorrow morning we are off to Tuscany.

It was a restless night for me, you know that adrenaline rush and excitement of going to a new place you have wanted to go for a long time, that was what happened to me, I couldn't sleep properly for the whole night and ended up getting dark circles underneath my eyes, but it's not like I care.

I dressed in a simple yellow flowy knee sized dress with white sneakers, tied my hair into a ponytail and carried my backpack.

The driver drove me to the airport where the rest of the class was waiting along with the two teachers assigned to accompany us. Celestia and Nadia were dressed in beautiful gowns and heels, both were wearing dark shades.

Rafael was holding Nadia by the shoulder, he wore a black leather jacket, white inner shirt and black jeans, black boots and sunglasses.

As for cayo, he looked breathtaking in Light blue shirt, Gray pants, light blue Snickers and a simple leather watch. His back pack was placed on his left shoulder effortlessly, and from his light shirt, I could see a glimpse of his well builded body.

His black hair glistened like diamonds and his emerald green eyes, oof.

With no further stalling, to avoid unnecessary attention, and ofcourse people noticing how shamelessly I was looking at cayo, I decided to go and join my classmates.

I fixed the strand of hair that was disturbing me behind my ears and made my way through the bustling airport to the place my colleagues were standing.

" Hey girls, you looks gorgeous, how far" I said as a form of greating and lightly hugging my friends. I shook hands with Rafael and turned to look at cayo. " How are you, and thanks for the list, it helped a great deal" I said shaking hands with him.

" Don't mention, by the way, you look good in yellow" he said with a simple smile. I blushed hearing his compliments and I proceeded to say a quick hi to my classmates in general.

I stood beside Nadia and Celestia and we started talking about how the trip is gonna be like for us. Cayo stood right behind me, which gave me a strange sense of security, safety and warmness. Before I didn't want to believe it, but now I know for certain am drawn to this guy.

I mean who wouldn't, he is handsome, intelligent, caring, lovely and aloof. As a matter of fact I love all of guys, they are soft and lively with people they love and care about, unlike a hello world guy.

Imagine your boyfriend smiling and flirting with every single girl he sees, like what do you mean. But guys like cayo, they are reserved, they know where and who to talk or smile with, and this is a huge sign of respect towards their woman and relationship, if they have.

Sorry am not downgrading anyone, it's just my personal opinion and choice, others might think otherwise, that's why we all are entitled to our own feelings and nobody else's.
