Chapter 4 Whiskey Peak

Little Garden!

In the plot, Luffy's route leads to a prehistoric island, which Gnar's route also needs to pass!

The reason Gnar mentioned this island is because there are two very powerful giants on it, from the country of giants in the New World: Blue Ogre Dorry and Red Ghost Brogy from Elbaf Warrior Village.

Although in the early plot, they did not show the ability to use Haki, there was one move suspected to be Haki: Hakoku. In the latest Akin video, Gnar knew that Hakoku had been identified as a type of Haki, capable of destroying a pirate ship in one blow.

This meant that these two giants had absolute control over Haki. However, convincing those two stubborn giants to teach him this strange Haki was a different matter.

Gnar was unsure. Such one-minded guys were really not good at negotiating.

Thinking of this, Gnar regretted not preparing more wine for the journey. Luckily, there was still time...

Three days later

On the deck of the small fishing boat, Robin, wearing a cool and sexy short skirt, was amazed.

"What changeable weather!" she exclaimed.

Just a moment ago, there was a storm and snow, making it so cold that Robin had to wear a thick fleece jacket. Now, the sky was clear, and the temperature was rising rapidly.

On the other side of the deck, Gnar, naked to the waist and ignoring the cold and heat, held 25-ton dumbbells in each hand. Like a hill, he stood motionless, exercising his strength and will. After hearing Robin's comment, he opened his eyes slightly and said lightly, "Maybe this is the Grand Line!"

Robin rolled her eyes at Gnar's nonchalant remark, then looked at the record pointer on her wrist with a nostalgic look.

"So, there really are giants on that prehistoric island called Little Garden!" she remarked.

Gnar understood the reason for Robin's demeanor. "Yes, the giant warriors known as Blue Ogre Dorry and Red Ghost Brogy were each given a reward of 100 million Beli a hundred years ago. They have been fighting each other on that island for nearly a hundred years over a dispute."

"A hundred years is such a long time. They may not even know Saul anymore."

"Who knows? Giants live long lives. We can ask them, but first, we need to stop at Whiskey Peak. Besides buying good wine there, we need to get some permanent record pointers. Waiting for the record pointers to store the magnetic fields island by island is too slow."

Gnar remembered that for many islands on the Grand Line, it could take months for the record pointer to store the magnetic fields, and it would take a year for Little Garden. He didn't have the patience for that.

Robin understood Gnar's plan. "I see. You want to use wine to trade for Haki training methods with those two giants?"

"That's right. This is the only way I can think of. Those giants are simple-minded. Besides wine, I can't think of anything that would excite them! Although learning Haki in the New World is relatively easy, it's more difficult in Paradise, and I don't think you have the patience to wait."

Robin came to Gnar's side with a mischievous smile on her lips. Taking advantage of Gnar's immobility during his training, Robin provocatively stroked his broad chest and said, "You are such a considerate man, Captain Gnar!"

Gnar grinned, looked at Robin's maturing body, and licked his lips in response. "You'll see how considerate I am tonight!"

Robin's expression froze. She knew exactly what Gnar meant by 'considerate.' Most of the time, Gnar was a gentleman, but occasionally, he seemed like he wanted to devour her whole.

For a moment, Robin regretted provoking Gnar. Luckily, a mist suddenly filled the sea.

In the mist, an island with several huge cacti appeared in their sight.

"Looks like we're here!"

"First stop on the Grand Line: Whiskey Peak!!!"

In an island filled with mist

The coastal edge of the town was built around a few giant cacti. The three pirate hunters on guard, holding binoculars, watched every movement along the port coastline.

Gnar's small fishing boat soon came into their sight.

"Hey, looks like a pirate?"

"I've never seen this pirate flag before!"

"They must be young pirates who have just set sail. Is there a bounty on them?"

"It seems not. What should we do now? Deal with them at the port?"

"No... wait, let's inform Mr.5 first. After all, Mr.5 is our boss now..."

Gnar took control of his small fishing boat and entered the harbor at the edge of the island. Robin looked around the quiet and silent harbor and said, "Something seems wrong. The island looks deserted."

Gnar grinned, "Don't worry, maybe the people on the island are preparing a banquet to welcome us."

"Banquet!?" Robin was stunned, not quite understanding Gnar's strange statement.

But given Gnar's knowledge of the Grand Line, she asked curiously, "Is there an island on the Grand Line that welcomes pirates?"

Gnar didn't answer but showed a mysterious smile as he slowly steered the ship into the port channel.

As the ship moved deeper, countless dark figures appeared at the edge of the mist-filled port, like ghosts.

Although she had been living peacefully with Gnar for a year, Robin's vigilance didn't disappear. She subconsciously became alert. Then, various strange and noisy sounds filled the air.

"Pa bang bang..."

"Crackling..."

This raised Robin's vigilance to the highest level! But the scene before her made Robin look stunned.

As the fog dissipated, a sea of people at the port clapped their hands, played music, shook ribbons, and set off fireworks. They were obviously holding a welcome ceremony for their arrival!

At this moment, Robin understood what Gnar meant by a banquet. "What a weird island!"

The largest bar in Whiskey Peak

A joyful banquet was being held. The mayor and citizens of Whiskey Peak warmly welcomed Gnar and Robin.

Robin was curious and wanted to ask something, but she found that Gnar, surrounded by countless beauties, was already enjoying himself on the island. She could only follow helplessly.

In the bar, accompanied by countless beauties, Gnar kissed one on the left and touched one on the right. He was completely intoxicated, enjoying the warm fragrance of the beauties, and the delicious food and wine provided by the mayor.

Robin, however, looked like a quiet lady, sitting aside and lightly sipping juice.

The mayor of Whiskey Peak, with some enthusiasm, glanced disdainfully at Gnar, who was in a gentle state, and then said to Robin in a flattering way, "Madam, I have prepared the record pointer and spirits you requested. However, looking at your captain's current state, I doubt he can set sail today. It's better to rest at Whiskey Peak for the night..."

After hearing the mayor's words, Robin responded with a charming smile, "Thank you very much, Mr. Mayor."

The mayor immediately said happily, "Okay, I'll make arrangements right away."

This revised version ensures the grammar is correct and the dialogue is clear and understandable.
