The ringing in my ears was the first thing i noticed when i had awoken a few hours ago. It grew painstakingly, so much that i was having difficulty in hearing what Yaskier and Sandro said to me. It dwindled after half an hour and i could finally understand what was going on.

How on earth is that even possible- it was possible, no doubt.

But how?... The doctor said the current was strong enough to kill me but i had sustained a few first degree burns on my palms and a hit to the head. I didn't have any internal injuries. I couldn't feel anything unfortunately, I couldn't feel the pain at all. I felt a bit numb. She said it was the effects of the pain killers they set me up on.

I was glad though, at least i was fine and didn't feel any pain.

I did feel something though- Someone's absence.
