< Satir's pov : >
I was walking to my chambers after having a nice meal. I saw someone running into my chambers in a quick moment. I was concerned, was Narania back?
I formed into my wolf form and ran as fast as I could to catch up to them, atlas I arrived at my chambers, I sniffed under the door and realized it was Narania's scent behind it.
< End of Satirs Perspective >
Satir was trying his best getting into his and Narania chambers. Narania didn't know what to do so she let go of the door and sat up quickly as she could. Satir opened the door and closed it, leading him to form back into his human form.
Satir saw Narania panicking, either it was anxiety or fear. He walked over to them to hug, he closed his eyes while hearing Narania's heart skip a beat.
Narania hugged Satir back closing their eyes, she was crying during the sudden attack. Satir gave Narania comfort to make sure she'll be okay in the end.
After everyone had calmed down, Narania took a sip of water Satir gave them. She looked out of the window and sighed. "I'm scared for the ball." Narania said.
Satir had a feeling she was afraid for it, nothing less the flyers surrounding the whole village and the town near by. Satir sighed and placed his hand on Narania's hand.
"It's okay to be scared." Satir starts. "It's a nervous part of attending a big event, It takes time and courage. If wish, I can ask King Arwan if it's a masquerade ball."
Narania looked at Satir and smiled thanking him. He nodded and sat up and went to go look for King Arwan. He knocked on his chambers door.
King Arwan opened the door, he looked concerned why Satir is at his chambers. He let him in though.
"I was wondering, if the ball is a masquerade ball." Satir said, taking a sip of wine during the conversation between him and Arwan. Arwan chuckled and took a sip as well. "It's a masquerade, I forgot to tell you Satir." Arwan said, as he smiled and nodded.
"I see, in the flyers it did had masks surrounding it so I was wondering if it's true." Satir said, drinking the last wine of his glass.
King Arwan nodded. "It was a confusing flyer I suppose, villagers came to me and asked a lot of questions due to it." King Arwan said as Satir put his glass away. He got his bag as well while heading out.
"I suppose you are joining the family dinner tonight?" King Arwan asked, as Satir shook his head. "I plan to having my own dinner with Taryn. After all they wish for privacy tonight." Satir said as King Arwan nodded accepting the privacy Narania needed.
"Rumors are spreading that Narania wasn't the thief after all." King Arwan said, as Satir stopped and turned around. "How so?" Satir asked King Arwan as he walked up to Satir. "Their mother Lily Enderson was placed under someone's power, it was some sort of dark magic I believe."
Satir nodded at King Arwan's theory. "I suppose it may be true, any news from the Shadow pack?" Satir asked as King Arwan sighed and looked at the window and walked to it. "Their coming to the ball, they want words with Narania even if she isn't here, she might attend." King Arwan said, as Satir did a silent gulp and looked down.
"They smell past scents very well your majesty, the ball could be a dangerous event." Satir explained as King Arwan nodded. "I worry about that, if Narania is around then she possibly has to figure out a way to remove past scent." King Arwan said as Satir nodded.
"I must go, Taryn needs me." Satir said, as he ran out the door for his chambers. Narania was pacing around while Emiris and Thaddeus were in the room. Thaddeus sighed. "I'm glad you told me sooner." Thaddeus said smiling at Narania, Emiris smiled to knowing that she's been innocent this whole time.
Satir opened the door and then shut it hard as possible and looked at the three. "The Shadow pack were invited for the ball, is a matter of time until they track Narania down." Satir said, as Thaddeus stood up and looked at Satir.
"Had my father gone mad?!-" Thaddeus asked Satir, as Satir shook his head. "Either somebody with a Powerful source of the Immortality System took their chances and used the same hand writing as King's Arwans, or. Ask them to tell King Arwan to invite them."
Thaddeus looked at Narania, he noticed that she was stressed. He sighed and walked over to them, he gave them comfort, saying that it'll be alright in the end.
Narania hugged back, she's glad that the theory's about them are actually positive then the negative. It's been a while since the run away had happened.
"Well than, I say we get ready. Thaddeus give Narania one of your perfumes, that your cousin gave you accidentally." Emiris said as Thaddeus let go of the hug and slowly turned to Emiris. "Are you serious?" Thaddeus asked Emiris as he nodded and grinned, Satir chuckled remembering Thaddeus's last birthday being given a woman perfume.
Accidentally.
Thaddeus sighed and nodded and looked at Narania, he looked into his scatchel to search for it. He had found it and gave it to Narania. "Use it once, apparently it's a perfume created by The Great Power." Thaddeus said, as Narania nodded and took it carefully, placing it on one of the drawers.
As Thaddeus gave Narania a hug before they left, Emiris did the same with Satir. "Stay safe tonight." Thaddeus whispered to Narania, in a worry tone. "I will be." Narania whispered back, Thaddeus let go of the hug and smiled at them, she nodded and bowed at Thaddeus.
Emiris was looking at Thaddeus and Narania getting along, he smiled and turned to Satir. "I believe tonight she'll be safe." Emiris said as Satir nodded. "Hopefully so, we wouldn't want chaos of the living Shadow pack to occur one of us." Satir replied.
Thaddeus went out of the door with Emiris, each of the two waved goodbye. Narania sat on the bed to write on their new journal, letting Satir getting ready first.
'I must survive.' Narania wrote down, hoping that the three can protect them.
