Chapter 13: The Real-ationship

Few weeks passed, and I found myself thinking about asking Melisandre to be my girlfriend. I prepared a few things—a stuffed toy bee for a playful pun, a cardboard sign that read "Will you bee my girlfriend?", and even practiced a guitar solo with my high school best friend, David. Nervous but determined, I invited her over to my place where everything was set up. With David's support, I played the guitar and presented her with the bee, asking her to be my girlfriend. To my delight, she happily accepted, making it one of the most unforgettable moments of my life. From that day forward, she became my first girlfriend.

In the following months, we enjoyed watching movies, sharing meals, bonding deeply, and appreciating life together. Melisandre proved to be everything I could have hoped for in a girlfriend—kind, understanding, and supportive. She exceeded my expectations in every way, and I cherished every moment we spent together.

She was my first love, and through every challenge and triumph, she stood by my side, making each step forward in our relationship a meaningful journey.
