The day before the tournament

"Sounds good. I'll just get whatever you guys are having," Leo said, looking relieved and grateful to be included.

Mark nodded as he scrolled through the options. "Alright, I'll get a bit of everything. We've got plenty of space and a huge screen, so it's gonna be epic!"

As Mark finalized the order, the group chatted excitedly about the movie and the evening ahead.

Soon, the group settled into the comfortable chairs, their snacks ready for the movie night. The lights dimmed and the opening scenes began to play.

A few hours later, the movie ended and they all shared their experience about how good it was.

"It was amazing!!" said Lena. "The main character has a brain, unlike other main characters."

"Yeah, he was quite smart. He handled everything almost perfectly, he made some mistakes that made him lose control over the situation. But he regained it quickly." said Aiden.

After the fun concluded, Aiden ordered the butler to clean the cinema room.

"It was fun guys, make sure you are ready tomorrow. Don't oversleep, otherwise you might miss the tournament." Lila said, reminding the group.

"Yeah, we need to be in the main hall by 9 am." Said Lena, while yawning.

After talking for a while, everyone departed to their home except Mark.

"Bro, I'm going to have to sleep here today," Mark announced with a hint of amusement. "I can't risk missing the tournament. I've been quite lazy recently when it comes to getting out of bed."

Aiden chuckled, nodding in agreement. "No problem, man. You can crash in like I said before. Besides, you might be the one waking me up not the other way around."

After speaking for a bit, they both went to their rooms to sleep. They wanted to be in good shape tomorrow for the tournament.

As Aiden entered his room, he brushed his teeth, took care of his skin and headed to bed after changing his clothes.

"I can't wait for tomorrow, the rewards for the Main Quest are something anyone in this world will kill for."

"It's good that I kept the system a secret."

"I wonder how my parents, came across it." Aiden, thought as he drifted to sleep.

In his sleep, Aiden found himself floating in a vast, frightening void, where space felt distorted and endless.

The emptiness was overwhelming, stretching infinitely in every direction. Suddenly, a massive supernova erupted before him, its blinding light and energy consuming the darkness.

The explosion was so powerful that it seemed to engulf everything in its path, swallowing stars and galaxies alike.

Aiden watched in awe as the celestial event unfolded, the swirling colors of the supernova painting the void with fiery reds, brilliant blues, and dazzling whites.

The intensity of the light and energy was overwhelming, yet strangely mesmerizing, as if it was a cosmic dance of creation and destruction.

"This feels strangely nostalgic or familiar?" said Aiden, unable to understand the emotions he felt looking at the events happening.

After an unknown period of time, as the brilliance of the supernova began to fade, Aiden saw the formation of a stellar nebula in its wake.

The ethereal cloud of gas and dust glowed softly, its colors shifting and changing like a living entity.

Before he could process what he was seeing, he felt a strange pull, a gravitational force drawing him toward the nebula...

As he was sucked into the heart of the nebula, Aiden felt a sense of wonder and terror intertwined. Soon enough, the feeling turned to warmth and comfort.

The nebula's colours enveloped him, and he could feel the energy coursing through his very being. It was as if he was witnessing the birth of something new, a creation forged from the remnants of the supernova's destruction or maybe it's the rebirth of something old.

Surrounded by swirling stardust and ethereal light, Aiden realized he was not just a passive observer.

The nebula seemed to whisper to him, secrets of the universe embedded in its cosmic winds. But he was unable to understand it, he felt the power and importance behind the words but did not understand what it was about.

He felt a connection to the vastness of space, but he couldn't quite discern it.

Though powerful, the whispers of the nebula were beyond his understanding, leaving him with a compelling sense of knowledge that was just out of reach.

Then, just as suddenly as it began, the vision blurred and darkened, the colours fading into an inky blackness.

Aiden reached out instinctively, trying to hold onto the experience, to grasp the threads of understanding that had begun to weave through his mind.

But it was no use. The vastness of space, with all its mysteries and wonders, slipped away from him like a receding tide, leaving him alone in the void once more.

He couldn't see anything now, just a deep, encompassing darkness. The nebula's whispers faded into silence, leaving him with only the memory of its celestial beauty.

With nothing else to anchor him in this cosmic expanse, Aiden felt a gentle pull, a sensation of being drawn back to the world he knew.

The void around him seemed to contract and fold inward, bringing him back from the edge of the universe and into the comforting embrace of reality.

He woke up the next day, his eyes fluttering open to the soft morning light filtering through the curtains of his room.

The dream lingered at the edges of his consciousness, like a shadow of a distant memory. Aiden lay still for a moment, pondering the experience and the emotions it had stirred within him.

Though he couldn't fully comprehend the dream's meaning, he felt some shackles break ever so slightly.

Bothered by his previous dream, Aiden got up and headed to the shower to clear his head.

He woke up quite early, around 7 a.m. So he had a lot of time left before the meeting in the hall.

After showering and brushing his teeth, Aiden decided to move on from trying to understand the dream he had.

The experience was very intriguing but also puzzling, and without any clear clues to unravel its meaning, he decided it was best not to dwell on it for now.

Instead, he focused on his priorities for the day. He decided to do his Daily Quest and earn some more stats. He also decided to quickly go to the city centre and see if he could buy any skills that could be of help to him.

Aiden knew that every bit of progress counted, and the tournament was just around the corner.

The rewards for completing the Main Quest were too precious to be missed out, and Aiden wanted to make sure he was ready for it.
