After some back-and-forth bargaining, the price dropped to nine million.

"Nine million, and not a penny less!" the man said with firm resolve.

"Alright, let's sign the contract," Gao Fei nodded.

"Just give me a moment; I'll go to my car and get the contract," said the man before he turned and walked out.

Gao Fei's lips curved up slightly, today's deal was a steal! An absolute steal!

About half a minute later, the man came back with two contracts. "Take a look at the contract, and if there's no issue, go ahead and sign," he said while handing over the contract to Gao Fei.
