The Clan Party II

Luck and Chari found their way to the chocolate fountain as inconspicuously as they could. They were not really bothered that anyone would get a glimpse of them since no one really knew who they were.

The venue had a lot of children as well so anyone that saw them would probably just assume that they were someone's children… It was perfect.

On getting to the fountain Luck took a small cup from the side at scooped up the dark brow pool of deliciousness. Chari on the other hand took a Craker and dipped into Luck's cup.

Luck greedily dragged his cup backwards.

"Common don't the stingy," Chari said as he reached behind Luck for the cup.

Luck pulled the cup farther behind him.

"The fountain is right in front of us."

"I don't want too much."

"Then take a little!"

As they were in the midst of their squabble the room became eerily quiet causing them to stop their bickering.

'Have we been caught?!' Luck thought as he looked around him.

But it was not them that grabbed the attention of the crowd.

At the entrance of the hall two young women walked into the room. The first woman had smooth white skin and long straight black hair, her hair swaying as she walked.

She wore a wine red gown that hugged her figure, accentuating her curves. The gown was cut from shoulder to shoulder leaving her shoulders bare and exposing a single mole that only seemed to highlight her beauty the more.

The girl was no more than 18 but walked with grace only befitting only nobles. Her normal brutish personality was hidden and her face stoic, betraying no emotions as she stepped forward.

Right in front of them was none other than Jane.

Next to her was a woman that walked with graceful elegance, she had long wavy blonde hair that cascaded down her slender shoulder.

She wore a long flowing silver dress that matched her eyes, the fabric gracefully came down below her knees stopping just above a pair of silver shoes.

Everything about her was elegant, from the way she walked to the very air around her.

Her face was nothing short of stunning and her gray eyes seemed to reflect the light of the room and unlike the first girl she had a wide smile on her face and she took gentle strides.

Sarah had arrived as well.

"Those two… were they always this beautiful?!" Luck said in a low tune.

The crowd began to murmur.

"Aren't those the–."

"Yes, they are the mistress's right hand."

"Woah."

"Pretty."

"Do you think she'll agree to a dance?"

Then Jane's voice cut through the crown silencing them.

"Make welcome, the Patriarch of the Moon Clan, the Lord of the moon."

Sarah spoke next.

"And his wife, the Mistress of the moon clan, the enchantress."

"Nevi and Aliana Moon."

There was an applause as the two figures walked into the room arm in arm.

Nevi wore a midnight black suit that was highlighted with gold runic patterns. His dark blue hair was well styled and there was one lone braid at the side of his face that fell downwards sporting a golden bead.

He was a good looking man.

His face was stoic, expressing no emotion as he walked into the room. He paused and was about to look around when Luck and Chari went underneath the table only to peek their heads shortly after.

Right next to him was a woman that seemed to steal all the light in the room, her silver eyes were captivating drawing in everyone's attention. The shape of her eyes alone just seemed perfect, it was sharp and had a feral side to it.

She wore a dark blue dress that highlighted her beautiful figure and on her ear was a long earring that matched the bead her husband wore.

Her pitch black hair appeared to glimmer under the light of the chandelier and the swayed gently as she walked.

Everything about her was stunning, the crowd that was previously captivated by the two girls were now all ogling the beauty.

She stopped, still hand in hand with her husband and took in the venue. It was perfect.

Her eyes roamed around the building as though she was just taking in the view but actually she wasn't.

Her eyes moved and landed on the chocolate fountain, she was looking straight at Chari and Luck. A small smile appeared on her face and she looked away.

Although they were not allowed to come she knew that Luck would definitely sneak in so she prepared the chocolate fountain specifically because of them.

The audacity of that child though, when she looked at him, he stared right back into her eyes like he could see right through her.

Like he knew she wanted them to come.

How amusing.

"She defiantly saw us didn't she?" Chari asked Luck as he took a generous scoop of chocolate from Luck's cup.

Luck looked at the cup and then at Chari's cracker.

"You almost scooped the whole thing."

He was exaggerating but thanks to Chari his chocolate was going down faster than normal.

"You can always refill the cup."

Chari said indifferently.

"So can you!"

He sighed as he gulped down what was left of the chocolate and took another scoop.

Chari plummeted his cracker into it again leaving little bits of craker in the chocolate.

"So you think she saw us?"

He munched on the chocolate cracker.

"Of course she did."

"So shouldn't we be going?"

"Nah, she expected us to be here."

Chari dipped two crackers into the chocolate.

"Oh really?"

Seriously, this guy!

As Luck was staring down at the tons of little crackers that were now soiling his drink they heard a small sound that made them immediately turn.

Right next to the chocolate fountain was a girl with dark purple hair and eyes. She sat calmly, staring at the ground completely unbothered by what was going on in the party.

They almost jumped in shock when they noticed her.

'How long has she been here?'
