Chapter 379 Blinded by power

At the arena, The devils were awaiting for what was about to happen.

While waiting they talked about the yokai that would be fighting against Riser in the next moment.

No one thought that the yokai would be able to defeat the devil Riser.

Riser saw everyone's expression and they were talking about him and the Yokai.

He felt very powerful. He even thought of having Grayfia as his personal servants.

"Riser is stronger than her. Riser can force her to be his personal servant after beating that lowly Yokai."

Riser was still talking in his third person even though he was already in the ultimate class.

He walked confidently toward the stage. He couldn't wait to show off his strength.

He saw the arena and how grand it was and he felt really proud.

He thought that this stage meant for him to show how brilliant he was.

"Riser is really impressed. I would use your sister well."

Riser laughed to himself. He would repay Sirzechs for this grand stage by using his little sister to his liking.

Just thinking about making someone as aloof as Rias kneel before him and serve him in bed.

He couldn't hold back his sinister smile at all.

"Onii-sama, I felt something was wrong. Please be careful."

Ravel, his little sister warned him. She could tell that something wasn't right.

"Don't worry about it, Ravel. Your big brother believes in your intuition but this time you are wrong because your big brother is stronger than ever!"

Ravel looked at Riser in concern.

She could tell that Sirzechs didn't make this grand stage for him but for someone else.

She knew Maou Lucifer well. He would never make this grand stage for someone who was claiming to ruin his little sister.

It's already a blessing that he didn't kill him on the spot.

And even if he killed Riser, no one would dare to express their dissatisfaction with him, because he was the strongest devil in the Underworld.

However, by doing that would only make his difficult job even more difficult. He didn't like making his life harder than it already was.

So he must have prepared something.

'He must have planned something. But judging by his way of working. He would never kill Onii-sama. He must have prepared something to humiliate him to the point he won't ever dare to be in the presence of his little sister again.'

Ravel when she realized that her big brother wouldn't be killed and just humiliated she decided to let him go.

'Maybe he needs this kind of treatment for his old self to come back and it should wake up my family to the reality as well. We are not that powerful.'

Ravel nodded to Riser and said.

"I understand but please be careful."

Riser didn't listen to her at all as he was blinded by his power.

In the commentator room. Serafall was with Grayfia.

They looked at Riser who walked toward the stage like he owned the place.

"Look at him. He got someone to help him become this strong yet. He didn't know it was far from enough."

Serafall saw Riser and couldn't help but remark about his behavior.

She didn't know who helped him but.

"Does it really matter? He is going to lose either way."

Grayfia said without an ounce of emotion. She would never feel pity toward someone like Riser.

"No, it doesn't. Sullivan-chan can even clap the gods. Just the ultimate class isn't going to change anything."

Grayfia nodded her head. She witnessed his power first hand and could tell that even Lucifer might not be enough to fight him.

"He is really the nephew of that woman."

"I don't want to admit it but that woman is really powerful. She even made Great Red shut up when she was annoyed."

Both Serafall and Grayfia would never forget that day.

The day that Gabriel showed them what the real power looked like.

And Sullivan should be able to do the same thing as she did.

"Let's just hope he isn't as crazy as that woman."

"Yes."

Sullivan didn't know that he had become a topic that the upper echelon spoke to each other.

The old devils when they heard who he was and where he came from.

They silently ordered their subordinate to stop whatever they were planning to do.

They didn't want to die by the hand of Gabriel.

"I can feel the shift in the force… Well, it isn't my business anyway. I just have to slap Riser's face and then go on digimon collecting."

Sullivan didn't care about the duel at all as he could clap the shit out of Riser without even trying.

Sullivan slowly walked toward the entrance to the arena.

The stage was very grand and he could tell that Sirzechs must have used so much of his personal money on it.

"Wow, his hate for Riser really ran deep. The more grand it is, the more humiliation he would get when he understands that this stage isn't meant for him."

Sullivan knew that Riser's mentality wasn't that strong. He relied on his bloodline power too much.

"Take it and he would lose his shit hehe."

Sullivan could use his power to forcefully take away his false immortality.

He really wanted to know what he would do when he realized that he would truly die if he was killed.
