Future Powerhouse

A week had passed since he came to the city, Lin was just lazing around in his inn room as he heard a commotion happening out of the inn.

He opened the window as he looked and saw that a fat man was hitting a young girl no older than 12 years. The fat man was wearing a disciple uniform of some unknown 2nd Class Sect while the girl was in tattered clothes as she looked like a begger but she looked somewhat familiar to Lin.

Lin heard the System voice as he jumped down from the open window. Lin dropped down on the fat person as the fatty was plastered on the ground. The little girl laughed looking at the Fatty. Lin came down to ground from the fatty's back.

The fatty stood up on his shaky legs as he said "damn you bitch" and started to move forward to slap her but before he could hit her Lin released some of his cultivation ranj aura which scared the fatty as he was tremblingly in fear said "yo-you just wait I will remember you" and ran away.

"Thank u big brother" The little girl said while bowing to Lin. Lin came to her level and said "its nothing just don't mess with a cultivator next time ok" and he ruffled her hear as she nodded in understanding.

Lin asked "So, What is your name?" and the girl replied "Wu Xi" after hearing the name his eyes widened as Lin tried to control his emotion back again. Lin remembered that Wu Xi the priness of Wu family was the next leader of the Apocalypse Sacred Land and a True Emporer realm powerhouse in the future.

She was also the person who Lin met in a mission to eradicate some people of demon race who had captured a city near the Holy land and Sacred land borders as he was sent by the Holy land and she was sent by Sacred land and in that 7 days mission of eradicating the demon they became good friends. As, She was also the second person that voiced dissatisfaction and retaliate for his killing/punishment by the Holy Land. She was later betrayed and killed by Su Ruoxi in the war against other 2 realm for Su Ruoxi's survival.

Lin asked her "Do you want to come with me?" with a gentle smile on his face as Wu Xi nodded happily because she saw that this brother was good and will not harm her in anyway. She had the ability to look at soul and she knew that this person had a warm glow in his soul which means he is a good and a trustworthy person.

Lin stood up and took her small hand as they went to clothing shop where Lin bought many clothes beautiful and expensive clothes for Wu Xi. After the shopping they went to a bath house as Wu Xi was taken by the employee and Lin waited outside for more than a hour. When Wu Xi came out she was clean and spotless as she had wore her new clothes and was looking like a noble princess.

Lin smiled at her and complimented her "you look like a princess" which made Wu Xi smile a little. They were heading for a restaurant but were stopped by that fatty from earlier as he had brought some of other people wearing the same disciple uniform from the same sect. The fatty pointed a finger at Lin as he commanded "That is the man that hurt your big brother so beat him to death for me". The disciples started to run towards Lin as Wu Xi hide behind his back.

Lin smiled at Wu Xi as he looked at the rushing disciples his gaze had a anger towards them as he punched the air with just little amount of power but all the disciples along with the fatty flew back from just the shockwave as they crashed into several stalls. Lin just ignored those fool and took Wu Xi's hand as he was leaving he paid for all the damages of the stall vendors. Lin took Wu Xi entered the restaurant leaving the people around the area watching in amazement and dumbfoundedness.

After they had food filling their stomach to brim they paid and left the restaurant. Lin and Wu Xi were walking in the road as Lin asked "Did you like what I did to those bad guys earlier?" as she nodded at his words.

Lin: Do you want to cultivate?

Wu Xi: If I cultivate can you teach me that move you did to those people

She said while showing some simple boxing moves. "Of course I can" Lin said as Lin took her and entered the inn's room. Wu Xi plopped down on bed as she was fast a sleep in no time. Lin just smiled watching her sleep right after plopping in the bed and he thought "Redeem".
