The Iron Wall Tactic

A sense of desolation hung around the stadium.

The sun was setting, and the heat of the day was slowly losing its intensity. The students, who would normally be heading home by now, had changed into various outfits. More boys were still in their sportswear, while many of the girls had already returned to their dorms, taken showers, and changed into casual clothes.

Now, the "after-game" began—the aftermath of the festival. Everyone had poured their energy into the sports festival as participants, so tonight, they were just spectators. As they gathered back in the bleachers, dressed in casual clothes with soft drinks or snacks from the stalls, it felt like another kind of non-daily event was starting. The post-festival excitement, the closing event, had a different thrill compared to the main sports festival.
