In the private Hero High School, where young talents of dungeon explorers gather, Makoto Akaya enrolls, believing in his own abilities. However, upon discovering the gap between himself and his classmates, he realizes that he is the biggest failure in the school. Nevertheless, in the midst of despair, he encounters a skill tree that only he can use, and Makoto Akaya's life begins to change for the better.
This my friends is what we in the business call a crack-fic, a story that doesn’t take itself seriously so you really shouldn’t either. The main character is so hopped up on drugs that I’m fairly confident the author is eventually just gonna say that the entire story was a hallucination that The MC was experiencing.
premise is really cool. the part that hurt my brain to read was just the level of stupidity of the MC. even after his body is tearing apart and he has identified the problem, he continues to do the same thing. the actual definition of insanity is to do the same thing over and over, expecting different results.
Overall story has great potential to develop but is constantly jumping around and not always coherent. Would be great if the skill tree didn’t take up half the chapter instead of showing all just show current stats that arent zero with a show for updates. Would love to see this organized better with a better overall story flow
honestly seems to have a lot of potential, but it is extremely scattered. a lot of name/title changes for abilities. and no real explanation about the world.
Honestly, great premise, but not a great execution. MC is a single-minded simpleton. No thought to explore option or figure things out. Seems like he is the epitome of "I pick things up and put them down" gym-bro. Max strength, even when told not to.
