Hello, Lima

Lily's perspective:

Serenna disappears beyond the horizon, and I just watch her gradually vanish.

"She has grown a lot. She doesn’t seem like the same girl."

I go back inside my house, carefully closing the door behind me. The creak of the wood echoes softly through the room, and I take a deep breath, trying to ease the weight left by that conversation. I walk through the living room, glancing at the shelves full of books, remembering the times I used to teach her, back when she was still a young girl full of doubts.

When I reach the room where Éder is, I see that he's still training with the wooden sword, his strikes precise and strong. He seems oblivious to everything around him, as if trying to lose himself in the movement, to forget whatever is on his mind.

"You should rest for a bit, Éder."

He stops for a moment, breathing heavily, and gives me an exhausted yet defiant look.

"I don't need rest. It's still not good enough, Lily."
